We were sent the self check-in details the day before arrival which made check-in a stress-free process. The hotel is incredibly central so it was easy to find. The room we stayed in had everything we needed, such as shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer and even a tea/coffee station. Despite how central it is, it was not noisy at all and we slept very comfortably. We had a few questions before our stay and Denisa replied quickly and was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if visiting.

Very central location, spacious and with everything you need, very clean, enjoyed the outdoor space, this place is extremely good value for money, would highly recommend.

Location, cleanliness, quiet, and amenities were all top tier

No AC but it is SO rare that it is needed. A fan was provided :)

+ Great location – the apartment is right in the city center, although it was a bit noisy. + Really nice owner, who sent an email with clear instructions on how to get in and everything else. + The room was spacious, but a bit old and in need of renovation (especially the bathroom). + Pet-friendly.

- The shower water was lukewarm at best – no hot water! It was awful, I couldn’t wash my hair because I was afraid I’d freeze to death. I love my hot showers, so this was a real inconvenience for me. - The apartment was listed as having a “parking space” on Booking.com, so I assumed there would be free parking for guests – boy, was I wrong. There is indeed a parking lot with plenty of spaces, but it costs a fortune: €24 per day. The price is ridiculous, and the whole city is a bit of a nightmare when it comes to parking rules. In the end, I managed to find a spot outside the paid zone about a 25-minute walk from the hotel, but it wasn’t easy.
