Very close to the bus:train station and the city center.Close to shops restaurants and cafes.Extremely polite staff. Very nice breakfast

Accessibility, central yet safe location, good value for money for a last minute booking. As reception was closed after 8pm, offline entry was arranged very smoothly and successfully by staff. My room was on floor 2, it was convenient and very clean, with sufficiently strong AC. Easy to reach from airport through public transport and short walk. Everybody was very kind.
Not a point of dislike, but floor 2 can be harder to access for elderly with mobility issues. The hotel seems to have rooms on lower levels, I recommended to reach out in advance. For me it was no issue.

The room was small, but cozy, everything was clean, was good for a nights stay, staff was polite and helpful.
The room on the ground floor was a bit too close to the street for my taste, but it wasn't noisy at all.
