We experienced really exceptional customer service at The Peacock, truly above and beyond, for which we are extremely grateful. There were a few issues to navigate that were beyond the pub's control, but we were reassured and well looked after. Vicky was very helpful, even offering us a drink while we got everything sorted. The room was clean and comfortable, in a quiet but very convenient location on a side street, and we slept well. Thanks so much again for all your help.

Member of staff who showed us to our room He left us outside closed the pub turned off the lights and went straight 9.45!!!!

good central location, room quality was excellent
really nice room. It wasn't clear before booking that parking wasn't in the hotel grounds but rather the public car park at extra cost. Overall costs were on the high side
