Wonderful welcome, great location with outstanding facilities and extremely helpful staff. This is the best hotel we have stayed anywhere in India for comfort, facilities, food and friendly staff who go out of their way to make our stay perfect. They organised some very good trips for us . The ayurvedic massage was excellent.

Great service and attentiveness. Very helpful and food selection was very broad.
The wi-fi here is terrible so don't pay on heavy usage.

The suite was moderately spacious and had a really good balcony.. As far as the food is concerned , the idlis were soft and the egg curry was quite good.
While the hotel is easy to find the scenery is not the best .
The food was not great either except for the soft idlis and the egg curry. Also, the staff at the reception were particularly unhelpful when I encountered an issue so I left there dissatisfied with the hotel.
I think hotels should always go the extra mile to ensure that their guests leave with a smile on their face.
