Excellent property, well managed.
Stayed in a family suite. Food was a bit oily though and can be improved.

Lights were flickering for 2 hours and we were told its normal. Hotel couldn't accommodate to early breakfast when the area is know for early morning safari rides. Overall ambience, cleanliness and room condition was satisfying

Everything is in order, and the room is clean with a good AC and a fine bathroom. But at this price point, you naturally expect more. The interior design is very basic, and the recreational room feels like an afterthought, just a carrom board, a dart setup, and a very small TT table with no TT ball. It definitely needs an upgrade.
The terrace pool is a nice highlight, but overall the property would benefit from better amenities to match the price.
