From the very first moment we felt at home – anja and Rupert are the kindest hosts, always welcoming with a smile, warmth, and full availability. The house sits on a secluded mountain edge with breathtaking views in every direction, yet it’s only a short drive from the city. Even the road leading up is an experience on its own – absolutely stunning. The place is perfect for everyone: kids can spend endless hours with the buggies, scooters, swimming pool, trampolines, and more, while we enjoyed relaxing in hammocks and cozy sitting areas overlooking the view. The atmosphere is romantic and peaceful, especially by the upper bench with its one-of-a-kind panoramic scenery. The location in the Salzburg region is ideal – close to all major attractions. And most importantly: the property is far more beautiful than the photos can ever show! We warmly recommend booking without hesitation – a true gem you’ll want to return to again and again.

We had a wonderful stay together with other 2 families. the property is perfect for a relaxed stay, with a lot of activities for kids, playground, etc.

amazing stay with breathtaking mountain views

views from the apartment . the pool. table tennis. trampoline. it was very clean on arrival and the apartment was very spacious. great to have a balcony that went literally all the way round. great to have the support that the owners / family were on site. the facilities in the apartment were brilliant. the communication from the owners was amazing. so close to Salzburg, Zal am See and the mountains

only thinking on the way home that it didn’t have a washing machine. we didn’t need it but we thought that was the only thing missing.

Astonishing place with nice view and quit area.

The place has astonishing view of the mountains was not expecting it that bountiful. The place is so peaceful and nice. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The facility has many other offers for free such as swimming pool, and kids activities.

probably the only thing that can be better is the bellows. They are very small and not enough. but the rest every thing was great.

Friendly hosts, helpful, really good stay!

Great location, view is perfect and it’s really peaceful op there. Don’t forget good snow chains in case of snow. The road up can be icy. Also really nice sauna 👌🏻

Very good

Great hosts, very nice apartments with multiple bathrooms and a lot of equipment including hair dryer, coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen desk, nice furniture and big balconies. There was a nice room in the basement, where we could hang out, play games and have fun (big enough for 15 people). There is also a sauna. Even when we were loud and Mr. Holzmann had to come and tell us we should be quiet he was very polite and nice to us, the same next day.

There was a little bit of a delay with payment instructions and confirmation, but the reservation was valid and no problems occured because of it.

Great stay !!

Everything was great - fantastic location, pool, very big area around the house, playground for kids, go-carts and small bikes. Apartament was well equiped and extremely clean, hosts were very nice and Anja gave us a lot od useful recommendations on what to see around. Ask for Salzburgerland Card - it's really convenient and you save a lot.

Exceptional

The farm is located 10 minutes drive from the nearest village. The location is perfect, very silent, relaxing, and with a magnificent view. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The apartments were clean and well equipped. The pool and playground are great for kids. There is a possibility to use a grill (Weber kettle grill) in a nice garden outside.

Unfortunately sauna does not work during summer months.

Strávili jsme zde zimní dovolenou. Ubytování bylo velmi příjemné, majitelé milí a přátelští. Každý den jsme mohli využívat saunu, děti si půjčily od pana majitele boby a sjížděly přilehlé svahy. K dispozici lyžárna a vyhřívání na lyžáky.

Vše skvělé. Trochu jsme se báli dlouhé příjezdové cesty, ale byla každý den posypaná, vyjeli jsme v pohodě. Bylo to vyváženo naprosto luxusním prostředím uprostřed hor, hvězdnou oblohou, výhledem na hory. Do lyžařských středisek Ski Amadé jsme dojeli za 30 minut. Takže opravdu žádné mínus.

Lokalizacja wyjątkowa jeśli szukasz natury, spokoju, zieleni i widoku. Apartament przestronny, każdy pokój z balkonem, z każdego piękny widok,albo na polany, albo na szczyty. Dodatkowy plus za wyposażenie dla dzieci- dostępne są gokarty, trampolina i mały plac zabaw. A do tego kryty basen. Wszystko w cenie.

Gospodarz był przemiły, jednak uciążliwy był fakt, że nie komunikował się w języku angielskim Trudno było załatwić podstawowe kwestie, nie mówiąc już o luźnej rozmowie o historii miejsca, w którym się zatrzymaliśmy, a to z pewnością byłaby wisienka na torcie.

Családias,tiszta,kellemes,nyugodt környezet.

Az elhelyezkedés tökéletes. Vidéki hangulat,körbe hegyekkel,dombokkal. Gyönyörű kilátás az erkélyről a hegyekre.Este nincs fényszennyezés sem. De mégis közel a városok és számos látnivaló. Csend és nyugalom,csak a természet hangja hallható.

Fijne kindvriendelijke en schone locatie met fantastisch uitzicht en gastvrije host.

Locatie met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en veel te spelen/zwemmen voor kids.

Wees je bewust van het feit dat je altijd de auto nodig hebt om ergens naartoe te gaan. Voor ons niet erg, maar goed om te weten.

Erholsam und super ausgestattet für Familien

Ein kleines abgelegenes Idyll, kein Verkehr, grüne Wiesen und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Mit 3 Kindern wurde uns auf dem Grundstück nicht langweilig. Die Ausstattung samt Seife, Kaffeefilter, etc war prima.

Unser Mückenspray hat nicht ausgereicht, Netze vor den Fenstern wären super. Rückblickend hätte ich mich für ein größeres Apartment entschieden, davon gibt es ausreichend.

Meget roligt, bjergtagende udsigt og nydelsesfuld oplevelse

Beliggenhed og de to store firhjulede cykler, som teenage-drengene morede sig med at cykle rundt på. Der var roligt og god plads. Vaskemaskine til fælles brug var så godt at have.

Jednoduše skvělé, milí majitelé, skvěle zařízené pro rodiny s dětmi.

Ubytování se nachází v krásném prostředí. Z balkonu je úžasný výhled na Alpy. Díky poloze hotelu, nachází se na konci slepé ulice vysoko v kopcích, jsme byli nerušeni a mohli si vychutnat tu krásu kolem.

מלון מקסים עם נוף יפהפה. המלון היה מאובזר היטב, אבל נדרשת קצת תחזוקה כמו למשל בזרם המים של המקלחת. רופרט המארח היה מאוד חביב וסייע לנו במה שצריך

היה קצת קשה לתקשר עם הבעלים כי הוא לא דובר אנגלית ולא היה מי שיענה על שאלות ובקשות.

הבריכה קרה מאוד, המארח רופרט מקסים אבל קשה לתקשר איתו כי הוא לא דובר אנגלית. הסופר הקרוב נמצא במרחק של כ20 דקות נסיעה

Toto místo naprosto předčilo naše očekávání. Děkujeme

Naše dovolená byla díky této lokalitě mnohem hezčí. Krásný výhled, naprostý klid, a v blízkém okolí nikdo jiný, takže jsme nebyli nikým rušeni. Lokalita a místo předčilo naše očekávání. Všude bylo uklizeno a čisto. Bazén, sauna, společenská místnost, dětské hřiště, trampolína, šlapací káry pro děti i dospělé, dost možností, díky kterým bychom mohli strávit celý týden pouze na ubytování. Zhruba hodina cesty od všech možných krásných míst v této oblasti. Jezera, Orlí hnízdo, soutěsky, solné doly, ledovcové jeskyně atd. Ubytování mohu osobně doporučit a doufám že i my jej budeme moci znovu navštívit a to zejména i díky vstřícnosti a ochotě majitelů ubytování.

Una favola in mezzo al bosco!

Appartamento molto ampio, perfetto per un gruppo come il nostro da 8 persone. Dotato di tutti i comfort e servizi, sia per la cucina che per le camere/bagni. Inclusa anche la sauna, sempre a nostra disposizione. L'host è stato disponibilissimo, anche per una modifica a prenotazione fatta.

Ci è piaciuto tutto, unica 'pecca' la strada per raggiungere l'appartamento, che comunque era facilemente percorribile.
