Superb

The Heidi was very nice. In one hand she give us privacy in the other hand she help with all we need. The house is old but very clean and very nice. Kids love it. The view is amazing. The kitchen is very well equipped with a lot of utensils and huge dining table. So we have lovely dinners all together. We were two families with five kids and it was enough space for everyone in the house. The location is a little bit challenging. But after couple drives we used to it.

A wonderful week in the mountains with family and friends.

The house is perfect for family and friends who are happy to spend the week with each other, cook together etc. If you wish to have an evening off from cooking you can take a brisk walk across the hill to the Hotel Hahnbaum or the Vogeihütte (both 2.2km or a 25 minute walk away). The view across the valley is spectacular, the fresh air exhilarating and the Family are very welcoming. The skiing was fantastic. Note, you have to drive to the ski areas which is no big problem, you can be in Alpendorf in 20 minutes or Wagrain in 15. Recommended is to drive a bit further to Kleinarl, parking is great there and if you have any non Downhill skiers with you, they can walk or go cross country skiing right there and you all can meet at the bottom of the lift at the end of the day.

Nothing, it should be noted that even if you drive a four wheel drive, you should definitely have chains in the car. There are no crash barriers on the road up to the place (with a steep drop off) and I would not recommend trying your luck without chains if it gets icy or there is a lot of snow. We were there in March, there was no snow on the road and after the first drive up there, we soon got used to it.

Excellent stay, value for money and a peek to rural farm life.

The host family is friendly and made us feel welcome. We have two small kids and they enjoyed it much. Closeness to nature and kind people are highlight of this farm.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in einer größeren Gruppe.

Alles super! Das Haus ist sehr schön, mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, gemütlichen Schlafzimmern und neu renovierten Bädern.

Im Winter besteht bei Schneefall das Risiko das Haus nur mit Schneeketten erreichen zu können, da es relativ hoch am Berg liegt.

Traumhafte Lage mitten am Berg, fantastisches Bergpanorama, super freundliche Gastfamilie und alles was ein Kinderherz begehrt :).

Een fantastisch verblijft op een bijzondere, hoge plek met een geweldig uitzicht.

Locatie was prachtig. Hoog op de berg. Erg smal weggetje naar het bauernhaus was de eerste keer ietwat angstig maar na gewenning geen probleem. Toen het echter sneeuwde heel voorzichtig rijden met sneeuwkettingen.

Ondanks de mooie keuken en de vele voorzieningen hebben wij als enige een magnetron gemist. Verder alles ruim voorradig en super plek.
