All was perfect especially staff. Some hints: some complimentary coffee capsules would be great, it’s good idea to provide various colors of towels - not all the same. New kitchen cabinets are ugly :)

The location between wagrain and flachau. The owner was very helpful, did her best to help. The playground and the farm were great for the children. Kitchen well equipped

The curtains didn't block the light early mornings. Made it chalanging with our young children. The farm comes with bad smell... couldn't open the windows.

Not that I didn't like but the movement sensor activated light are a bit confusing when you go to the bathroom at night. Also would be nice to have a coffee machine or at least a water cattle in the room. But these are minor issues really.

Wonderful place with amazing views, Nicole was so nice and all what we asked was answered with smile. And Erik so nice and make the best breakfast. It was great trip and Nicole and Erik was the most nice. highly recommend !!!!

Nicole was great and was very responsive. We could use the laundry machine and dryer freely. The apartment was big and had all the facilities needed for a family. The house is located in a rural area with cows and tracktors around. There is a small river next to the farm and you hear the sound of running water.

There was no light in the yard outside of the house, so it was quite dark in the night. Although it was June, it was a bit cold outside, and we didn't have any option to warm the apartment besides the fireplace. One of the beds was making noise during sleeping.

Nicole's hospitality was amazing! We got surprise pastries and champaign. Room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. The location and the view are perfect. Beautiful hiking trails are available if u just step out from the house. Kind and peaceful area. The rooftop terrace is very modern.

Kitchen could have been equipped a little more.. depends on what would u like to eat as the basics are available. :)

Well recommended accommodation

Baumanngut appartament was an outstanding experience. Great location for trips. Our appartament was very cosy and clean. Surrounding the house a lot of farm animals so our son was very excited. Our host Nicole was very kind and helpful. There has been prepared home made cakes and fresh fruit for us every day.

Apartment was very big and kitchenette included everything we needed. Very clean, crispy white bed linen and towels. Quiet place surrounded by nature, animals which my daughter loved as well as a playground for kids including a bouncy castle. Most of all the owner Nicole was very helpful and a nice lady indeed. Price is very good even when compared to other accommodations in the area. We were provided with the Salzburger Sportwelt card for free. Highly recommend, even when traveling with young kids. My daughter was given a lollipop as soon as we stepped in, and also provided with drawing paper and coloring pencils - child friendly indeed :)

Great apartment, not the greatest staff

The apartment was very discuss and modern with a great kitchen. Plenty of space in the fridge although the freezer could be a bit bigger. The bathroom was very nice as well.

The staff took very long to arrive when we wanted to check in. She seemed a bit drunk when checking us in. We also didn't get the cards for the lockers until a day after when we asked for them. Although since it's an apartment you don't really rely on the stands during your stay and the apartment itself was great.

We are a family of 7 people. We got a large and spacious apartment - 3 separate bedrooms and a large living room. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including 2 refrigerators, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary equipment. There is also a washing machine for guest use. The hostess Nicole who owns the place is really wonderful and charming and helped us with everything we asked for with great courtesy and generosity and with a lovely smile :-). She lived really close and was always available for us with any questions and requests. The place also functions as an agricultural farm and the children really enjoyed being with the animals and petting them. There are: beautiful Scottish cows, pigs, rabbits and even 3 kangaroos! Adjacent to the house flows a stream of water where there are also goats and swans. One can feel and experience the authentic life of the local farmers. Just across the road there is a restaurant owned by the owners as well as a soccer-golf course which is an attraction in itself and the kids really enjoyed playing there. The location is really close to Flachau and Wagrain - a great starting point for all the attractions in the area. We received guest cards that give free admission or a discount to attractions in the area. Bottom line was lovely, we enjoyed every moment, we highly recommend this guest house, an unforgettable experience especially for a family with children. We are already waiting to come back here at the first opportunity…

Extraordinary was the price-less ski depot right by the gondola station! Everything was free, the accommodation gave us the card for free depot! So then the 250m long way home was much much easier :) Really appreciate it. Thanks.

The first night it was colder inside. But after the notice to the owner everything was fixed immediately.

Location is great, quiet, near slopes, near ski lift. The restaurant is just 5 min walk. It is a restaurant, and near an Apres Ski. Great food, great atmosphere, need to try it. Breakfast is very good. Host is a wonderful person, very friendly. The free Bus who takes you to other slopes is near restaurant.

Das Frühstück war variantenreich, verschiedene Eiergerichte wurden zusätzlich frisch angeboten. Ursprünglich hatten wir Appartement Baumanngut gebucht, untergebracht waren wir dann im dazugehörenden Haus direkt bei der Talstation der Gondel. War für uns total in Ordnung.

Das Zimmer lag oberhalb der Küche und am Abend waren mitunter Geräusche vom Abwasch zu hören, allerdings nie später wie 22 Uhr.

Wir waren nur für zwei Nächte dort, aber würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Direkt am Skilift 👍sehr freundliches Personal.

Byli jsme mile překvapeni, že ubytování bylo v budově hned vedle nástupní stanice lanovky. Snídaně výborná, čerstvé pečivo, možnost vajíček apod. Restaurace přímo v budově ubytování. Personál velice milý a přátelský. Parkoviště hned před domem. Skříňka na lyžáky a lyže zdarma, přímo v budově.

Ubytování bylo velmi čisté, slušně vybavené. Mělo perfektní polohu, na svah to bylo kousíček a jako bonus byla v ceně ubytování úschovna lyží na svahu pro všechny ubytované a po celou dobu pobytu. Velmi prostorný apartmán.

Chyběl gauč, který byl na fotce, což bylo překvapení, ale dalo se to zvládnout bez něj. Matrace na posteli byly velmi používané a proležené, byl v nich důlek.

קיבלנו דירה עם שני חדרי שינה, שני מקלחות ושני שרותים . זה היה מועיל מאוד היות והיינו 4 (משפחה) . סימונה המדהימה קיבלה אותנו עם חיוך ושרות מעל ומעבר! ובזכותה השהות שלנו היתה מיוחדת ומהנה מאוד ! עזרה לנו לעשות כביסה (יש 2 מכונות כביסה ו 2 מייבשים במרתף) . והגיעה לפתור תקלה במיקרוגל , הביאה הפתעה לילדים שחגגו יום הולדת וריגשה אותנו מאוד !! בנוסף קיבלנו כניסה חינם לבריכה בווגריין . יש חניה . בחוץ יש משחקים לילדים ( שולחן פינג-פונג , תלת אופן , ועוד .. )
