Great place to relax

Linda and her Family is very friendly. The location is perfect, the environment is very quiet. We loved the cows walking near the house, the totaly free rabbits 🐇, and the view is spectacular. 🏔️ The house just like the village and the region is very clean and organized. The kitchen in our Apartman was fully equipped, has a great oven, dishwashing machine and electric cooking plate. You can easily prepare your dinner/lunch if you wish.

The kitchen has everything, if I have to mention anything that is the coffee maker. If you like espresso you can ask it every morning from Linda - like us, oor bring our own coffee maker. 🤭

One week stay off season for skiing.

We came here second time as we were sure this was a very good for our family. It's not the city centre or a walk distance to the ski area, but you can use a bus (free if you're skier). It's perfect when you need calm location with tremenous Alpine landscape view. The host is a very helpful and warm person. She offers diary services as milk and buns, as well as her products as she is a skillful cheese producer. Walk distance there is a family restaurant.

Nice comfortable apartment with amazing look and perfect location

Very easy approach, very flexible hosts, amazing view from the room to the mountains, the location of the apartment is absolutely perfect, it is quite big and comfortable. City central is 3min by car, 25min by foot. Very easy to communicate with the hosts, they are very supportive.

Superb

The owner was very helpful. She provided us with anything we forgot to take from home or simply need. This is an old family house so you can share everyday life with somebody. It is also a farm and produces various types of milk products (esp. cheese) - delicious.

Very warm welcome. We enjoyed our stay at the Rothof Farm. If you are looking for a quiet, warm place to rest after a good day of skiing in a nice area, Bauernhof Rothof is the place to be.

Everything was fine. Very pleasant and helpfull owner. Good location- only few minutes by car to lifts. Very clean and comfortable apartment.

The knifes wasn't so sharp and I didn't find potato peeler. Missing wine glasses. But these are trifles :o)

Remote and clean

Nice and remote pension at the outskirts of Sankt Johann (a perk in these Covid times), lovely swimming pool, very nice and clean room. We booked an apartment so we had our own kitchen which we appreciated. Having a balcony on hot summer days was another plus. Owners let us use their e-bikes - thanks a bunch for that ;-)

The breakfast was very expensive - we tried it once but it was not worth 10,50 per person. Also, when booking this apartment, we specifically asked for one with a nice mountain view but got one with road and car park view, so not exactly happy. But maybe all the other guests asked the same :/

Recommended summer destination

We stayed in Rothof during summer holidays. The apartment was super clean and very well maintained. Hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful. Our kids loved the small playground in the garden. We loved relaxing in the outdoor swimming pool during warm summer evenings. Biking route alongside Salzach river is just 100m away. If you plan sightseeing in Salzburg region this place is great base camp for it.

Excelente paisaje y estancia para descansar.

El alojamiento está ubicado al frente de la montaña. Es un paraíso para descansar y contemplar el paisaje. A mis hijos les ha encantado ver las vacas y ver como las ordeñan. La pileta es un plus cuando hace mucho calor. Hemos podido hacer grill en la cabaña exterior, la cual está equipada con todo lo necesario así también como juguetes para los niños. Hay reposeras y sombrillas. Los dueños son súper amables y atentos. Nos han ofrecido pan, huevos y leche. Es un lugar súper familiar donde hemos pasado unos días encantadores!

Krásné ubytko se super možnostmi vyžití v okolí.

Krásné ubytování mimo silnici, ideální pro rodiny s dětmi - hřiště, zvířátka, venkovní bazén (nevyužili jsme, ale vypadal hezky), milý personál, skvělé vybavení apartmánu - v kuchyni vše potřebné včetně kávovaru.

Strašná spousta komárů - když jsme přijeli, byl v apartmánu hrozný vzduch, takže jsem otevřeli vše, co se dalo, abychom mohli vyvětrat. Další den ráno byly děti šíleně poštípané, zabili jsme snad 30 komárů, bohužel okna nemají sítě, což by výrazně pomohlo.

Az apartman csendes helyen található, mégis könnyen elérhető üzletek, éttermek. Gyönyörű környék, lenyűgöző panoráma. A környéken számos kirándulási lehetőség van. Maximálisan tiszta apartman, teljeskörűen felszerelt, korszerű konyha. A házigazdák kedvesek, korrektek. Ár-érték arányban is nagyon jó.

Érdemes lenne szúnyoghálót felszerelni a hálószobák ablakaira.

Schoon huisje op een leuke locatie

Het was schoon, het personeel was vriendelijk en de locatie was fijn. Er is genoeg te doen in de buurt.

Het was jammer dat er geen hor was tegen de muggen. Er is geen airco waardoor een open raam erg handig is. Maar in de avond komen er dan muggen binnen. Als er een hor is op 1 raam, dan is dat al voldoende.

Einfach schön!

Die Gastgeber waren durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein vierjähriger Sohn und ich hatten großen Spaß: Wir konnten vor dem Haus auf der riesigen Wiese mit unserem Gartenspielzeug spielen, die Spielgeräte wie Rutsche und Schaukeln nutzen und den stets sauberen Pool genießen. Und die Aussicht ist echt klasse. Besonders angenehm fand ich, dass der Bauernhof rund 170 Meter von der nächsten Wohnsiedlung entfernt liegt. So herrscht eine herrliche Ruhe und ich konnte meinen Sohn auch entspannter mal etwas laufen lassen, und trotzdem erreicht man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten größere Dörfer sowie Ausflugsziele zum Shoppen, Essen oder Vergnügen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich und für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt ausgestattet (Küche, Bad, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer). Ich kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt.

Ich habe lediglich eine Schere und einen flachen Pfannenwender vermisst, aber das ist wirklich nicht der Rede wert. Alles andere war vorhanden und hat gepasst.

Mooie accommodatie

Heel ruim appartement. We hebben het heel fijn gehad hier tijdens onze vakantie. Er is een klein zwembad in de tuin wat heerlijk was om af te koelen. In het appartement werd het wel snel warm, maar dat is te verwachten met buitentemperaturen van 30 graden. De koelkast heeft een vriesvak, dat was ook fijn. De locatie is ook mooi.

De afzuigkap in de keuken werkte niet. Toen we aankwamen lag de lattenbodem van het bed uit elkaar. De latten moesten we eerst terugzetten in de bodem. Daarna lag het bed wel comfortabel.

-المكان عباره عن سكن مع عائلة .. الدور الارضي عباره عن جلسات ومطبخ والدور الثاني خاص بالعائلة والدور الثالث شقق الزوار.. -الموقع ممتاز جداً ريفي ويشرح الصدر .. الاطلالة على مساحات خضراء وقمم تكسوها الثلوج .. فيها بلكونه ودك ماتطلع منها.. يوجد بالجوار حظيرة بقر ومجموعه ارانب 🐰 حلوه للاطفال.. يوجد مسبح يستغل بالصيف -الشقة نظيفة جداً وبها مطبخ وتقريبا متكامل. -اصحاب الشقة ناس لطاف ومحترمين وفي حالهم. -الخدمات تبعد عن السكن اقل من 6 دقايق بالسيارة.. موقع الشقق يبعد عن زيلامسي نص ساعه وعن هالستات ساعه..

-الدرج شوي متعب للي معاهم اطفال او كبار السن.. -الحمام بداية الشقه ولايوجد به شطاف او مغسلة والمروش بجانب غرفة النوم (هو المشكلة الوحيدة اللي عانينا فيها)
