Authentic guesthouse in a beautiful location.

Nice and quiet location away from the town centre. Playing ground for the kids was a nice bonus.

Superb

The furniture and decor still holds to the test of time. Big living room where you can hang out. Owner replies fast. Rather close to pist (need to take the car though)

No dish soap and cleaning fluid. No more sauna :( not much has been invested in the apartment since 7 years ago.

Enjoyable holidays in quite location

The location is absolutely peaceful, with beautiful views over St. Johann and the mountains. Luckily there was no snow, otherwise the access road to the appartement might have been quite an adventure :) Appartement was nice, clean, well equipped. Garage parking, heated ski room. Only few minutes by car to the Alpendorf Bergbahnen.

Amazing view, poor human connection

We didn't meet the hosts. For 8 days they didn't come to say hello or to check if everything was OK. They did text either. When we ask fora new clean towels they answer 12hours later, saying that it is usually provided for a whole week.... in the bottom line, the place itself is great but there is no personal touch and there is nobody to support your needs and requests.

Not worth the money. Careless host.

The panoramic view

Swimming pool was not available despite we had some sunny warm days end of August. Water was dirty (see photo). The host didn't meet us. When we asked her about the guest card to get discounts in the region she didn't know about it while at the tourist office we got the guest brochure with the host in one of the pages (see foto). On the website it says you could get products from the farm but there was no farm. Also no yoga lessons or herbs walking tours. The apartment was very basic and with a very dusty armchair and sofa.

Idyllic place with amazing views and close to the nature.

The relaxation area including swimming pool was great. The view was amazing. Hosts were very nice and responded to all questions. The place is at the end of the road, so there is no traffic. You can hear only birds, cows and happy kids;-) Apartments are big enough and comfy. The design is a mix of the modern and traditional alpine styles, which looks great. There is plenty of things to do around - especially with the kids. We had a nice stay, thank you!

Internet signal is weak. Although the apartment was very clean at arrival, cleaning once per week is not enough (especially towels should be replaced more often). I know this is standard in Austria, however we arrived there from Croatia, where cleaning of the apartment was done every day, like in hotels (so maybe we were spoiled).

Perfect location for day trips near and far. The apartments are comfortable, clean, and well appointed. We loved the pool and playground. Would highly recommend for families.

Everything was to our satisfaction, but smaller pans would have helped when cooking and the WiFi wasn't always reliable even though the owner provided us with a booster.

Gut, aber nicht sehr gut

Wir hatten die Wohnungen Kingsize und Studio gemietet. Die Wohnung Kingsize hatte unserer Meinung nach mehr Charme. Die Lage zum Skilift in Alpendorf war gut. Mit dem Auto braucht man nur etwa 4 Minuten, kann dort kostenlos parken und vom Parkplatz aus über die Piste zur Gondel abfahren, oder direkt an der Gondel parken. Ein Skibus von der Unterkunft aus gibt es leider nicht. An der Unterkunft gibt es überdachte und nicht überdachte Parkplätze. Der Skikeller ist nicht luxuriös, aber ausreichend.

Als wir ankamen, war sowohl der Abfluss des einen Küchenwaschbeckens, als auch der Abfluss einer Dusche verstopft. Mit dem Waschbecken haben wir uns selbst geholfen. Für die Dusche kam direkt am nächsten Morgen ein Handwerker. Das Haus hat viele Wohnungen und es war sehr hellhörig. Man hat sowohl aus der Nachbarwohnung, als auch aus der Wohnung obendrüber viel gehört. Für den Preis hatten wir bisher eher Unterkünfte, die noch eine Sauna oder einen Kraftraum hatten. Daher stimmt für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht ganz.

Optymalna lokalizacja, blisko do parkingów i wyciągów, dom jest położony świetnie pod kątem spacerów i dłuższych wycieczek pieszych. Przepiękny widok z mieszkań położonych na 1 piętrze, wspaniała panorama gór!

Tolle Aussicht! Schönes Apartment!

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, mit toller Aussicht. Die Fußbodenheizung war super und die Bader waren auch sehr komfortabel. Sehr geräumig, wir hatten viel Platz!

Ein Mülleimerset für Restmüll und Plastikmüll/Verpackung wäre hilfreich. Ein Zugang/Nutzung zu einem Staubsauger mal zum Durchsaugen nach 3 Tagen wäre hilfreich.

Schöne Unterkunft, schöne Anlage, schönen Urlaub :)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt, die Wohnung super sauber und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Highlight war natürlich der Pool (der zwar ziemlich kalt war, aber man nach kurzer Gewöhnungsphase genießen konnte;) ) mit tollem Blick in die Berge. Der Seniorchef war total nett, hilfsbereit und gerne für ein Gespräch offen. Die Lage, abseits in den Bergen und in seliger Ruhe, war ebenso perfekt für uns. Check-in verlief auch völlig unkompliziert. Anregung: Gut wären evtl. ein paar Geschirrtücher zum abtrocknen, ein Abzieher für die Dusche und einen Stielbesen. (welches aber nicht negativ in meine Bewertung einfließt) Am besten noch ein paar Badetücher mitbringen. Es liegen zwar je 2 Handtücher pro Person bereit, aber zum trocknen ist es doch besser. Die Liechtensteinklamm besser meiden. Die Parksituation dort ist die reinste Katastrophe. Touris, Touris, Touris.

יש מקום לשפר תחזוקה ולהוסיף מטאטא (אין שירותי ניקיון מטעם המקום), חסרים מוצרי צריכה בסיסיים כגון קפה/תה/סוכר (קנינו עצמאית) בחדר שקיבלנו השירותים היו רחוקים מחדר השינה (פחות נוח), היה נחמד אם הייתה אפשרות להחלפת מגבות בעת הצורך (מזל שהבאנו מהבית עוד מגבות לבריכה ולאטרקציות שכללו מים) היה נחמד אם היה מתקן למילוי מים לשתייה
