Dom je situovaný neďaleko pláže z jednej strany a z druhej strany neďaleko k prístavu, v pešej dostupnosti do 5 minút sú nákupné možnosti(potraviny, pekaren) a reštaurácie. Lokalita pokojná. Majiteľka Ema domu je veľmi milá a ústretová, všetko pri príchode vysvetlila, usmernila a pri odchode bolo ochotná uskladniť batožinu do odchodu na letisko. Izba bola s priamym výhľadom na more, veľkým balkónom a klimatizáciou. Izba je pekne zariadená, je tam TV, chladnička, rýchlovarná kanvica a čajový a kávový servis. Wifi je v dome v cene ubytovania. Kúpeľňa je s WC, dostatočne priestranná, nová a čistá, k dispozícii je fén na vlasy,uteráky a základné toaletné potreby. Pobyt v tomto ubytovacom zariadeni hodnotím ako skvelú voľbu.
