Location and clean
The entrance slope needed to be gritted; the ice was so bad we struggled to get in the taxi. It was very dangerous and should have been actioned for safety.

The location is great- the city is very accessible along the riverside. The river views at breakfast were nice. The offer at breakfast was good to say there were so few guests. We enjoyed our stay as we really liked the city itself.
The decor and general upkeep of the hotel is past its best. We had issues with broken windows and mouldy bathroom. It feels like a hotel that probably once was decent and now they’ve given up.
