very lovely house in a small town (street parking), with lovely breakfasts, and a bunch of other facilities which we didn't have time to get to (pool, games/media room, hottub), but we did get to meet their lovely (stern-looking) cat.
some street noise - just a few cars going by in the night, but to be expected for a town location.

The property and room was lovely. Would have preferred a Shower as it was difficult to get out of the bath.
I think the outside area could be a lot cleaner and tidied up
