Not very comfortable

The services provided by the girl receptionist was excellent. The view was good too.

Everything else. The room was full of mould everywhere, spiders felt like at home, also we found slugs in the shower room. Walls are very thin, we could heard the noisy Brazilian neighbours since 6 am.

Passable

The site is very unusual; it’s several small chalets on a steep hillside with a great view. The staff is very welcoming; gracious and friendly. The location is far away from the town so it’s quiet... and the drive to the pousada takes you through a chasm in the granite hillside.

It’s difficult to find in the dark... street numbering leaves a lot to be desired although the staff did a great job directing us to the location. Once you arrive you’re faced with a significant number of steps carved into the granite to get you to the chalets. These can be quite slippery so exercise caution. The room ventilation is a wall unit air conditioner that is quite loud and seems to struggle to cool the room even in the evening. The bathroom was as clean as they could get it but suffers from stains due to decades of high humidity, so it doesn’t look all that great. To be frank the photos shown on Booking.com do not really represent the conditions of the actual location.

Lugar lindo, em meio a natureza, calmo, tranquilo, uma piscina para aproveitar o espaço, café da manhã maravilhoso.

A tb do meu quarto não estava muito legal, umas falhas na tela, e não consegui conectar pra assistir, não sei se ela não era smart, mas q do quarto ao lado estava funcionando bem (pude ver um dia passando pelo corredor a porta estava aberta). A localização é mais distante do centro, mas fica próximo de o de São os táxi boat para ir até as praias paradisíacas, visitamos a praia de tapera (se não m me engano no nome) na ilha de Guaíba, recomendação do anfitrião, ótimo lugar para tomar um banho de mar, bem tranquilo.

Pousada precisa de manutenção, apesar da vista e do jardim, a piscina esteve suja em todos os dias da minha estadia... Nosso quarto não recebeu limpeza nem arrumação.. café fraco repetitivo e com itens de aparência ruim... Recepção sem cordialidade

Achei caro pra 2 diárias. Choveu e achamos melhor ir embora 1 dia antes de finalizar a reserva. Não tinha ninguém na recepção e proprietário não respondia ao whatsapp. Mas tarde soube que estava longe em local sem área.

Es un lugar lleno de vegetación y el mar enfrente.

Hermoso el lugar , mucha tranquilidad Justo con esas hermosas vistas del mar !! Los felicito , las camas bárbaras , las sabanas , toallas !! El desayuno muy rico !! Simple . Nosotros fuimos en invierno y nos metimos en el agua , disfrutamos mucho.

Refúgio lindo e tranqüilo

Amei tudo. Acordar com vista para o mar ouvindo o canto dos passarinhos é apaixonante. Funcionários muito educados e gentis e um deles explica toda a história referente ao local. Até o jantar que compramos em frente, levaram em nosso quarto. No quarto:Tv, Wi-Fi, ar condicionado, chuveiro quente, rede, cama de casal com mais bicama, frigobar,mesinha com cadeiras, cortina, toalhas...Além de um café da manhã excelente num lindo local com vista para o mar onde nos parabenizaram pelos nossos 30 anos juntos.

Gostei de tudo, porém seria muito bom se houvesse Netflix.

Limpeza do quarto muito ruim; roupa de cama, com cheiro de mofo, ar condicionado velho, com muito barulho; cama beliche muito antiga; fazendo barulho e sem segurança! Quarto sem detetização e em consequência muitos mosquitos e outros insetos! Banheiro; o porta papel higiênico, muito baixo, fazendo o papel arrastar no chão!
