While Fattoria Manostalla Villa Chiarelli sits on a picturesque property with a beautiful pool, almost every operational aspect of our stay was a massive disappointment. The gap between the online description and reality is vast.

• The building and rooms feel very dated and lack basic amenities you expect from a comfortable stay. • There were only two wall outlets in the entire bedroom. You literally have to choose between keeping the mini-fridge plugged in or charging your phone. • To make matters worse, we found a mouse in our bedroom. When we reported this to the team, they simply laughed and did nothing to address it or change our room. none of the staff spoke functional English, which made resolving issues frustrating. The owner was quite rude, and the receptionist never once greeted us, spoke, or engaged in basic hospitality. • Overall, the service felt completely uncaring and dismissive of paying guests. Pool & Atmosphere • The pool itself is lovely, but the property opens it up to local families on weekends. It gets extremely noisy and overcrowded, meaning staying guests lose out on any quiet relaxation. Dining & Breakfast •Breakfast had very limited variety and was heavily skewed toward cheap sugars and carbs, with zero healthy or balanced options. •While we didn't end up eating dinner there, we noticed the menu had no vegetarian options and lacked smaller kid-sized portions.
