About this villa rental
The villa is located on the hill of Alcamo, with a beautiful view of the sea of Castellammare del Golfo, near the Monte Bonifato Nature Reserve (where there is an adventure park and restaurant). The house is in a very quiet area despite being at mt. 700 from Viale Europa (main street of Alcamo) and at mt. 500 from the supermarket, bar, bakery, pharmacy, etc.
The villa is surrounded by a garden of approx. 2. 000 with woods and old trees.
The Villa, renovated in May 2017, consists of a ground floor with a living room with two large sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), kitchen, bathroom with shower, large terrace; the first floor has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with two single beds each (for a total of 10 beds) and two bathrooms with hydromassage shower.
All four bedrooms have a view of the green forest and surrounding garden.
The house is furnished with period furniture, equipped with Bose music system, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen, dishes, oven, fridge, TV, iron and ironing board, deck chairs, tables, chairs and sitting area for outdoor use, slide and swing for children, barbecue and outdoor shower.
Hot water is supplied by a photovoltaic system.
The splendid beach of Alcamo Marina is just km away. 7.
The holiday home is located in a strategic position, a few kilometers from the motorway junction for Trapani, Mazzara del Vallo, Palermo.
It is well connected to the main sites of interest:
ALCAMO MARINA, CASTELLAMMARE DEL GOLFO (for boat and rubber dinghy hire), FARAGLIONI DI SCOPELLO, SAN VITO LO CAPO, ZINGARO RESERVE with its beautiful coves surrounded by nature, sulphurous thermal waters (SEGESTAN THERMAL SPA), SEGESTA and SELINUNTE with their temple, ERICE medieval village, Balestrate, PALERMO, MARSALA, the salt marshes of MOZIA, NATURE RESERVE MONTE BONIFATO (wood with picnic area), in TRAPANI the embarkations for the Egadi islands (Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo)

Host very helpful, friendly and great recommendations to visit and eat. Villa kitchen was amply kitted out with essential and useful items. Peaceful although some low level noise from building works undertaken next to the villa. Villa on a hill with amazing views. Wonderful gardens including herb garden, sun shining both side of kopppPlenty of off-road parking available. Family loved access to hot-tub on daily basis. Great way to conclude the evening.often

We had a lovely stay in Alcamo in October. Villa was large and very well appointed and Saverio the host couldn’t have been more helpful with some lovely gifts of food from his wonderful gardens and great recommendations on places to eat and things to see. Location is good central for most things but a vehicle is needed to reach the restaurants in town. All in all I would highly recommend if you want a real Sicilian experience👍

Great home in quite location just outside town. Can easily stay on-site and enjoy the pool and covered patio or use it as a base for day trips around the area. Clean and well kept.
