Sicily, Alcamo (TP), villa with garden and terraces located at the foot of Monte Bonifato di Alcamo (TP) at 250 meters above sea level, in total privacy, with asphalt access, uphill, to reach this splendid house, where it is You can admire the marvelous view of the Gulf of Castellammare, on the countryside of the territory of Alcamo. The house is easily accessible by paved road. The villa is very spacious, completely renovated a few years ago and consists of large outdoor areas, large partly covered terrace and well-kept parking area and garden. The interior of the villa is very comfortable and cared for, it is composed of: a very bright living area with large windows and an open kitchenette, n. 2 double bedrooms, small bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom with shower, on the upper floor accessible by an external staircase there is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a large terrace with a breathtaking view.
Alcamo is located in a strategic position where it is also possible to reach the sea and the beaches of Alcamo Marina, Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello, the Zingaro Nature Reserve and other places just a few minutes by car about 15 km from the house, while the town center of Alcamo is only 1 minutes away by car where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, bars, tobacconists, newsagents, shops, restaurants, hospitals, bus stations, etc. Distance from airports: Trapani Birgi about 50 km - Palermo Falcone - Borsellino about 40 km

The house does have wonderful panoramic views from its terraces. Its kitchen is small but functional. It has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The largest bedroom with its own bathroom is accessible by outside steps. Our check-in was delayed till 4:30 pm because, we were told, the cleaning was delayed because the previous guests had left late. Fortunately Massimo, the property manager, was quickly responsive to our requests to make the outside lights operational and to access the electrical box when the lights went out.
The house is at the end of a long drive up a very steep hill (to get to that great view) with several sharp turns. If you are used to an automatic transmission but rent a car with manual, you'll find it tricky, to say the least. Oh--It's a one-lane road, ending in a steep, angled driveway. We are Americans. Others used to such streets might not care.
