Very comfortable stay in a convenient location.

Great Location close to the town centre. Attractive building, spacious bedroom, good breakfast, friendly hosts.

There was a kettle, but no coffee or teabags in my room. Not a problem for me because I had my own supply. I don't know if this is usual or just an oversight on that day.

Interesting furnishings and decorations. The hostess tried her best.

Hostess didn’t speak English. Breakfast wasn’t as plentiful as at other places, though after another guest translated, we were given eggs. We found the bed and pillow unsupportive.

Breakfast was good continental, a very good & varied selection. The Pension Hartenfels was within 100 m of the main lift to OberLech

Breakfast started at 8am which is a rush if you want to get to first lifts. Boiled eggs only, would have been nice to have scrambled or fried options.

remarkable unfriendly staff

when arriving the very unfriendly owner told me she has no room for me. I was quite surprised as I had a confirmation from booking. it turned out they forgot to tell me that in advance but still did not excuse for making a mistake. finally they told me to see another hotel 10min outside the village. am still shocked about how unfriendly they treated me although it was their own mistake. (sidenote: even on the outside sign on the hotel it showed room availability?!)

Decent stay in Lech, but no vegan options for breakfast

Pension not too far from Lech city center with parking in front of the hotel. Spacious room with a seperate living room section. Friendly host.

We asked in advance for vegan breakfast options, but the owner didn't seem to have bothered to make an effort to arrange anything for us. Other places in Austria went out of their way, but this place didn't seem to care. So, we had limited options which was dissapointing, especially since it was communicated on forehand that they could accomodate.

Beautiful Stay facing the river and its Sound 😍

At first its being greeted by an amazing lady with a pleasant smile always. Rooms were spacious and clean. Had facilities of a hotel. Breakfast was decent and considered more croissants for us as we wanted halal food. Very Accommodating and Friendly Staff and Hotel.

Geen koffie op de kamer, geen warm ontvangst met geen info. We misten de gastvrijheid. Prijs - kwaliteit zal voor Lech ok zijn maar wij vonden het erg duur.

Ich war zufrieden und kam gut erholt nach Hause ...

Die Lage der Pension in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle ist super. Das Badezimmer war optimal eingerichtet. Ich konnte den Wasserkocher benutzen, was mir eine große Hilfe war. Alle im Haus waren nett. Das Zimmer wurde präzise aufgeräumt, alles war sauber, die Handtücher wurden regelmäßig gewechselt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist im Vergleich zu anderen Angeboten zweifellos gut. Ich bedanke mich bei Frau Martina für perfekte Arbeit und komme gerne wieder.

Am ersten Tag fand ich das Bett zu weich, aber ich habe mich daran schrittweise gewöhnt. Zum Frühstück könnte ab und zu auch ein Ei sein, aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit ... sonst gab es im Büfett alles, was für einen guten Start in die Berge erforderlich ist.
