The swimming pool was beautiful. The hotel building so pretty and rustic in gorgeous gardens. The staff were all so welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was excellent standard and a wide choice
Couldn’t walk to Saint Remy due to a short section of busy road with no footpath. Not much to do in the evening other than drive out (no bar/restaurant on site)

The staff here is amazing. Very hard working friendly and helpful!! The grounds are beautiful and the breakfast is excellent. Really enjoyed the quiet breakfast outside surrounded by the beautiful gardens. Rooms are adequate and bathrooms are nice and have been updated. The cleaning staff is excellent and rooms are in perfect order every day. They will even provide a charcuterie board in the evenings if you notify them before 5 PM. There is a sitting area off the lobby with a few games and you can get a glass of wine there as well. Would definitely recommend this property!
The air conditioning upstairs is not really adequate in the rooms. If I had one suggestion it would be to make breakfast available earlier. 8:30 is late especially during the summer months. It gets hot quickly and guest could make better use of the morning hours. 7:30 to 10:00 would be much better for tourists and business travelers. The only other thing is that we felt the chairs in our room were older and needed cleaning or to be reupholstered.

We asked to move rooms ( Syrah not good!! Avoid !)
Location was not walkable to centre - we are young and fit but would not attempt the walk at night as on a main, unlit road
