The staff were amazing . The hotel is lovely it was a treat for my birthday. The standard room was lovely with a little seating area .The spa was very nice but only could have an hour slot

Lovely, relaxing resort. Beautiful grounds, great service, and having the shuttle to town was great.

Having the shuttle to take us into town and pick us up whenever we wanted was exceptional! Also Alex, the young shuttle driver was great, and had excellent restaurant recommendations.

Buffet breakfast was nice, but not worth 25 Euros per person.

Luxury, community, romantic relaxation.

We stayed here few a few days during our honeymoon. It was a truly gorgeous experience. The staff were so accommodating and quick. The amenities were everything you could hope for in a relaxing vacation. We loved how kid and pet friendly it is! It is just a short walk to the village center. We will 100% be staying here again!

Everything- we had a great stay at Le Vallon, location and premises were great, as well as the staff. Food was amazing, both for breakfast and dinner

Outstanding hotel, with wonderful property and facilities and superb staff. I would stay here again

Wonderful staff and service. We had an issue with our room and they were quick and happy to re-assign us a new one.

The only minor criticism is that the hotel is a moderate walk to the center of town, however, they have complementary shuttle service for those who do not wish to walk.

Luxury spot to relax and soak up the beautiful St Remy. Highly recommend

Hotel was amazing. Staff were excellent. They offer a complimentary shuttle service down to St Remy town centre and back all day (and they picked us up from town centre when we arrived by bus from Avignon). Pool area is glorious with poolside bar and terrace. The Spa is also a luxury.

Nothing really. Lunch was quite expensive and it was a bit far out of town but they give you shuttle rides In whenever you want so it’s not a big problem.

Beautiful gardens, really well done suite, private terrace was great.

The service was not up to expectation. When we arrived, the staff were not welcoming. Housekeeping was the bare minimum. Concierge service was non existent.

I stayed here at the last minute. The facilities are nice. Perhaps a bit dated. My room was large and had a nice quiet terrace.

It is about a 15 min walk to get to the town center. As stated, it is a bit dated.

waste of money

Nothing honestly, even the spa was full of kids where we were supposed to relax.

It needs a major renovation, it lacked luxury and comfort. We got bad recommendation from the concierge which caused us food poisoning. The pictures in booking seemed unlike the reality

Excellent as always. Really enjoyed dinner with very good wine from a local vineyard.

Breakfast was excellent as was the service. We enjoyed having the large balcony even in March.

Some staff members were extremely nice, others not enough. Overall disappointing stay

the spa area was reeking of chlorine. the indoor pool was over crowed and over chlorine. Same for the jacuzzi. The foul smell of chlorine even extended to all other areas of the property. This is simply not acceptable for a place that boast so many stars that it does not deserve.

Very good stay but room needs ton have soundproofing

Absolutely Everything except the bad soundproofing of the room.

We heard all the noise from the restaurant in the room until late night. It was to celebrate our wedding and it killed our night…We called the lobbying and they said they can’t do anything for us…Not acceptable at all for a 5 stars hotel. The hotel needs to have strong soundproofing !
