The staff, the location, the food.

The poll needs maintainance. Not about the property: lack of entertaiment options in this town.

Quiet and clean place. Big enough parking lot. Everything you need near the reception desk (mini market and bar). The room was clean but small and quite old. We enjoyed one couple massage and we really recommend you to book one as it was truly amazing and relaxing. We had breakfast and dinner included and it was just perfect (the food was tasty; there were many options from which you could choose). The staff was very welcoming and nice also!

The mattress was really hard and uncomfortable (a topper would definitely be needed). The bathroom looks kind of old and needs to be redone to fit the 4* category. The balcony was pretty small and unfortunately you don’t have any chair to stay there and enjoy the view. The spa area is pretty small taking into account the hotel capacity. The pool area is also quite small and crowded during the weekend. There are only two saunas available (one wet one and one dry one).

Quiet, fresh air, great for mind relaxation. Swimming pool was very nice. Reception girl at check-in was polite and helpful.

Restaurant, although nicely furnished and elegant and with very polite personnel, offered a rather limited choice of food and beverages. Even still water was unavailable at times. No juice, nor any kind of soft drinks were included in our half board package, even at breakfast. Poor desert options. There is a bar in the lobby, but it is rarely attended. I could not get any service on two occasions, at 19:00 and at 21:00.When I asked the reception guy, I was told that his job is only at reception... He called somebody on the phone and finally some senior lady showed up and explained that she cannot be at the bar during dinner serving time, as she helps the restaurant staff (???). There is nothing (zero) to do outside the hotel during afternoon or evening (hence my choice for drinks in the bar). Mostly nothing in the hotel either. Lack of bellboy service and the steep stairs at the entrance were a challenge, when carrying our suitcases by ourselves both at check-in and check-out.
