Jokai was a lovely place to stay with a very friendly hoast and modern clean facilities. As well as the room there is a pleasant communal lounge and kitchen facilities should you want them. Overall very good value.

Bathroom was too small with no separation between shower an toilet.
No place to hang shampoo
Stairs to bedroom with no guard rails
