Friendliness of the host. Room clean and tidy and location pretty good.
Being woken a little early one morning by footsteps up and down stairs.

Everything there is nothing not too like ! Hosts - unbelievable, location 10mins walk for able walkers if not the no2 bus, turn right from the front door 4 mins wal to the bus stop 3 euros to the heart of the square.
Four doors down a bakery worth its weight in dark chocolate!
Across the road a small bar quality beers & quality prices.
The guest house is brilliant, could not do enough for us, warm ,comfortable tea and coffee, could go on for ages ten out of ten is not enough honestly!
Recommended.

Location. Clean.
Lack of fan. Room was hot however opening the non-mesh window let some voracious mosquitoes in which caused a lot of bites.
Parking was far from location so in my opinion shouldn’t be stated on the listing.
