The views are breath taking, the, hygiene is impeccable altogether and the staff are warm and courteous.

Didn't get the chance to have breakfast, other meals were good, but would have liked them a bit warmer, especially the steaks and chips. Also, if room service could wait a little bit for a response before trying the door.

The location, experience is unique. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The F&B staff were great, friendly and helpful. Lovely outlook to the river. Nice open patio. Beautiful grounds. Nice breakfast.

The little things. For the night rate we paid (AUS$500, I expected more. There was no introduction to the hotel at check-in. Had to figure it out ourselves. There was no hotel guide in the room, still unsure if there's room service. A staggered room servicing schedule meant you never knew what you would come back to. Had to ask for water replenishing and it would be put above the fridge, not in it. No soft drink mini bar. No one-way airport transfer which cost USD$100. The toilet ran unless you banged it, this was reported but never addressed and the front door stuck making it difficult to open and close without effort. This seemed a common problem so there was no sleeping in.
