- The staff were really friendly, they made us feel like family and they were genuinely happy to see us, nothing was too much. - The location is absolute spectacular on an island in the middle of the Zambezi. - Although the rooms were tented which made it cold in winter, they did provide multiple layers and hot water bottles which was a beautiful touch.
- The heaters were quite difficult to operate. - Although we appreciate the fact we were in the middle of the Zambezi and running water was a privilege, it was hard to get the shower temperature correct. - I would be prepared for communal dining and it would be nice to have an option to take the evening meal separately.

Tout était absolument parfait. L'équipe est très professionnelle, attentionnée et fort sympathique. La nourriture est excellente et la tente est très agréable. Mention spéciale pour le matelas qui était très confortable. Tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. La gentillesse de l'équipe est vraiment à signaler. Je pense que c'est l'un des séjours les plus agréables que j'ai eus. Je recommande vraiment! Merci à toute l'équipe!
