Clean , beautiful , comfortable

We arrived late at 1am as our flight got delayed. We arranged by messages for the check in. Nice clean room with 2 double beds, very comfortable. Easy check in and check out Free carpark, free WiFi Kettle with tea, coffee and biscuits Will definitely recommend

Garden View & it was lovely & warm

Honestly, a breakfast would have been great ... or maybe drop a few euros due to not serving a breakfast ... had to get taxi in & out for dinner & pay for a breakfast next day, so the night wasn't as inexpensive as I would have liked.

Price is way to dear for just a bed 198 no breakfast not good.

Beautiful garden to look out at. It was also close to where I we were going.

Bed very hard needs a topper on it also pillows no protective cover on them. They did have curtains but needed like a net curtain as if you want to open the curtain everyone out in the garden can see in to your room. This is a really nice place if there was a few little changes.

The catering facilities were excellent and the room was 3 star hotel level. Very satisfactory.

The room walls were very thin. One night a teething, screaming baby, the next, two non-native-English speakers arguing and shouting at each other in English...a little bit of Fawlty Towers :-)

We received exactly what we paid for, pleased with value.

Great value for the room, one room could fit all 5 of us, and it close to the center of Ennis. It was a very lucky place to find for a last-minute booking.

Very basic accommodations, which worked for a last-minute option, but not our ideal choice for a longer stay.

A green, quiet oasis near a small river - house and rooms in very good conditions.

When you have rooms to the garden it is extremely quiet and green. (On the other side you have the street and the parking lot.)

In our room there was no way to shower without getting our hair wet. An additional handheld showerhead would have been nice.

Too hot to handle

The concept of a self contained pod appealed to us for its uniqueness, and it was nice to listen to the rain on the roof overnight and look out at carefully mown green grass rolling down to a rapidly flowing river. The staff were very helpful as we needed quite a few items explained or rectified. It was good to have access to a clean, shared kitchen for food preparation.

The pod (room) was unbearably hot and stuffy after a moderately warm day, the windows don't open and there are no flyscreens on the door, so very few options to cool down. The staff provided us with a 2 small usb fans, one did not work and the other was not really helpful given the heat and size of room. Having left the door open for a time, there were now many 'bugs' inside. The bed and pillows were both lumpy and uncomfortable topping off a poor experience.

Way tooooo hot. It was like a heat box & none of us were able to sleep. I can’t even imagine if the weather was actually hot.

Didn't meet expectations

Clean, nice setting.

Bungalows not kept cool in hot weather (by closing curtains prior to guest arrival), no AC and most windows don't open, so very uncomfortable to stay in if the weather is warm. On arrival, very lukewarm welcome and no info provided aside from where the room is. Steps down to the bungalows so not ideal if you have a baby/buggy or mobility challenges.

Ok for a one night stand

Grounds were well kept and location to the rive would make it attractive in the summer and a slightly longer stay.

There was a powder substance around all edging of the carpet that appeared to be a pest prevention - there were some items that maintenance attention. There appeared to have been a spillage of some description and the cleaning had made the carpet quite harsh.

The area was near the town

It was like staying in a sauna in the cabin. There was only one small window in the toilet but that was looking over the stream bringing plenty of midges around. The cabin needed an air conditioner to make the place comfortably habitable.
