Excellent location, clean, good sized room, pleasant staff. A toy and dog treat was left for our dog. Good breakfast.

friendly & helpful staff at check in. Comfy room; safe secure parking although a little difficult to find.

breakfast was expensive, we were asked to pay extra on top of the room; the breakfast buffet was small - not many items to choose from so we did not bother to eat it & therefore did not pay. The hotel bar & restaurant were not open when we were there.

Really close to bars and restaurants. Secure parking next to hotel.

We had not been warned that the hotel was having major works done. In fact the room right next to ours was part of these works. We’d driven many hours to get to Bayonne and hoped for a short rest before heading out to eat. But the drilling stopped any sort of rest! When I spoke to reception they shrugged and said that the work was needed! To be fair, the drilling did stop at about 5pm and did not start again until after 9am the next morning. The workman was horrified we’d been put in that room!
