The location is convenient, close to the station and it was moderately clean…
We could hear the noise from the outside and the the terrace was not the cleanest.

I enjoyed my stay here, friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean rooms. Good location about 2 blocks away from Shizuoka Station and a few blocks away from malls nearby. Good food short walk nearby. Highly recommend.
The shower curtain smelled like it could use a change more frequently however.

The view from our view was great and the location was pretty central to suburbia and metro station. Staff was helpful despite the language barrier. Breakfast was adequate.
The beds were awful— simply uncomfortable and if it weren’t for our hot shower, I would have struggled the rest of our trip that day.
