    Very good location, just a walking distance to the Hyde Park. There was also bike renting station right across our building, and public transport stops close by. Room was on the smaller side, but it was clean and comfortable. The mattress and pillows seemed new and were firm which was great. Breakfast is served in the main building where there is also a lobby in which they offer free coffee and tea. Although the breakfast that was included in the price is a bit limited, it was satisfying. We could choose four items per person (fruit yoghurt, cornflakes cereals, toast with cheese, toast with butter and jam, croissant, juice, tea or coffee). They offer lattes and cooked food as well for additional price, for example eggs for 2£. We took one English breakfast for 8£ one morning which was really filling.

    The room on the picture is not same that we get. My request was ground floor room but they only offered us to stay in underground room!!

    Hotel is clean, quiet in a nice neighbourhood, there are plenty of shops bars etc in close proximity. The tube is a short walk away. Overall a very pleasant stay we would visit here again. The only downside is the lack of bins in the room for rubbish and you have to visit the lounge for coffee/tea making facilities.

    I wasn't expecting much so I wasn't disappointed. London is notorious for shoddy cheap accommodation so I got what I paid for. Basic breakfast was ok I suppose if you want to load up on carbs and sugar. Floors and walls are extremely thin and you can hear absolutely everything. Even wearing earplugs I got zero sleep.
