There is a lot to like about Regal Palms. Location for where I wanted to be (Sala St and a very nice restaurant on Fenton St). General condition of the whole complex. Spacious rooms. Great parking.
Little kids playground, tennis court, minigolf might make it a good family lace to stay. Good for business visits too.

The bathroom looks remodeled and is large and clean. AC was appreciated. The staff was nice. I appreciated the welcome basket of cookies & milk.
I don’t think the word “resort” should be used here. More like motel. The bed was really worn and bad. I kept sinking in & rolling off the side. The hot tub is weird being in the room. The room had a hint of old cigarette smoke. There was a bright light outside of my front window. Need blackout curtains not blinds. Paid too much for this worn property. Would never stay here again.
