    Staff is super friendly!! Love her and definitely will come back. Just some thing to improve is the spa bath in the room is a bit dirty but can be understandable because been use by many guest and hard to clean. If can be bit more clean will be perfect

    Was told to cancel my booking via Agoda during check in by front desk staff and to pay them directly as they claimed that they are unable to receive the monies from Agoda. Even though I told them they have to settle with Agoda but they insisted that I have to call Agoda. Unhelpful staff.

    We opted for the spa suite. The room heating system was not working but they apologised and provide us with portable heaters. Small issue. The hot spa bath tub was amazing. Strong water pressure so filling up the tub was fast. it was so relaxing after much walking in the day. It was a very pleasant stay. Room was clean and comfy.

    The bathroom was not clean. There was renovation going on so there’s scaffolding on our private balcony. The heat on our room was not working properly. It was freezing. The staff were really nice though.
