The room is a little small, but it is beautifully furnished and decorated. The view is absolutely stunning. Our host Christian was very understanding, attentive, and thoughtful. The complimentary treats were a lovely touch. He also tried to respond to all of our messages quickly and in great detail.
I can hardly think of anything negative. Everything was wonderful. This is not a major issue at all, but I’m mentioning it as a possible improvement: when taking a shower, if you close the shower curtain, the motion sensor sometimes seems to stop detecting that someone is in the bathroom, and the lights may turn off.

The location was excellent, away from the super busy areas, but easy walking distance to everything. Great restaurants in the area. Christian was an excellent host. He gave us some great suggestions for restaurants and sight seeing.
We visited during a heat wave. The room didn’t have air conditioning, but did cool down overnight.

Christian is a lovely host. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and ate at several of the restaurants close by. Very accessible to many other parts of town. Pretty view right on the canal.
Bathroom a bit small and with few amenities.

The property was in a lovely area with a view of the canal. It was fun to watch the boats go by. There are a number of good restaurants nearby. The host’s communication was excellent.
This was clear from the description and reviews: the bathroom is very small and the unit requires that you climb a couple floors of narrow winding stairs.
