Very central and well located. The staff gas been nice and helpful

The hair driers in the bathroom are very old, should be replaced. Also, breakfast is satisfying but not very varied.

Great neighborhood. Wonderful staff. Large living area- good value.

The building got a little noisy around 7am, so it's best for early risers.

Amazing value for money, great location for a short stay in Bogota, clean large suite with great views from the balcony.

Breakfast was very basic but hard to complain for the price

The staff were excellent and did their best to explain things to me, despite my basic Spanish. They were kind, patient and professional and I am very grateful to them for their help. I dealt with three different staff members and they were all outstanding. I would recommend this property for the quality of its staff and I hope they have an employer who appreciates their value. It was very clean and located in a quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast was great. The shower was warm.

The lock on the patio door to my balcony (low floor) didn’t lock properly. There is no 24 hour security. The safe in my room didn’t work. I had to listen to a couple from The Netherlands screaming in Dutch and fighting savagely for hours through the night and there was no front desk or concierge to call. I didn’t call the police because they sounded equally likely to kill each other.
