The location, the friendliness of the staff, the room, I recommend it 100%. If I visit Bogotá again I would definitely stay here again.
We had a small problem with the door lock but the hotel staff helped us immediately and gave us a new room. I thought the cost of breakfast was a little expensive compared to the local offerings but maybe I didn't quite understand how much it cost.

The location for this property is perfect because it is near varied restaurants.
The room was always very clean and the staff was kind and happy to help.
The bed was incredibly stiff. So much so that I had to ask for an extra blanket to try and make it more comfortable. The rug in the hallway to the room could use a change since it had an old musty smell.

It is clean and has a good location. Buffet breakfast offers a wide range of food. The location is also good because it is in a relatively safe area of the city.
I had a great time in Bogota and most people I met are very friendly and showed great hospitality. Unfortunately in this hotel, some staff look grumpy, especially staff working in the restaurant. I went there on day one and one guy just ignored me and was serving coffee to another table. I mentioned it to his colleague and his colleague brought me coffee.
