bed was subpar for this experience. Bathroom small and not laid out well. Shower hose instead of shower head. Asked for extra towels and pillows but did not receive. We ended up moving to a new location.

We supposedly were paying for a king suite instead we ended up with terrible back pain due to the shitty quality of the mattress. The funny part, while checking We heard the girl in the front desk talking to another guest and telling him she will send a mattress topper they have available which will not remedy the situation but alleviate it! Which means they know about this ”problem” but don't want to solve it. Everything else is just average. Your can do much better!
