The courtesy water in the room is terrible and just simply put undrinkable. The hand soap and body wash are thinned with water so that it splashes everywhere and are unable to do a proper cleaning. These are major inconveniences for guests and are considered min standard requirements for a hotel in this category. The pool and sauna hours are also unreliable as the facilities might close earlier then stated on their schedule. Overall I found this hotel lacking,

The room was outdated. Seems like specially the bathroom needed to be renovated. The food was ok, the staff was very professional.
