Fantastic,you won’t find better value

Pleasant stay

I stayed on a business trip for one night. I really appreciated the clear communication before arrival, I received a friendly greeting when I arrived and was given all relevant information I needed. The room was spacious, light and clean. It had everything i needed and is close to plenty of amenities such as shops and places to eat as well as conveniently placed to commute to Liverpool.

Amazing staff / owners

This was my 2nd stay at The Bebington and once again my stay was perfect. The hotel is in an ideal location for my onward journey by ferry. The staff are so kind, welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble! Fully recommend the full English breakfast! I will be back!

A great place for a stop over if you are visiting family friends.

Lovely old house and the room was very clean, bed very comfortable and the owners very friendly. We were visiting family and it was perfect for our needs. Only 15 minute walk to station if you want to pop into Liverpool. Good value for money.

It's not a luxury hotel but they don't charge luxury hotel prices, so no complaints.

The host was very friendly and helpful Very comfy bed and great breakfast. Good accessibility to the city from the nearby station. Local eateries were ok, partially the Mediterranean grill which was very clean, good value for money and portion sizes.

Great value hotel with a nice friendly atmosphere

Friendly and helpful greeting on arrival. Was able to check in about an hour earlier than advertised which was very helpful. Room was clean and well presented with tea making facility. TV had BBC iplayer Netflix etc. available. Cooked breakfast, cereal, tea/coffee was very good. Plenty of off-street car parking available.

Lovely location, clean and pleasant smelling rooms. Great breakfast and warm and friendly host.

Just a few more channels on the tv would be great (or operating instructions if I've just not been able to work out how to get more). That's all. 😊

If you want a welcoming bed and breakfast this is the place but do not expect modern facilities.

Welcome and friendliness of the hosts was good and the standard of the breakfast was excellent, Cereals, cooked breakfast if you wished, toast, tea, coffee and juice set you up for the day. Bed was comfortable and the room was warm but facilities look dated and could do with being refreshed. Location is good for access to the metro station.

The room was right at the top of the house up two flights of stairs which was a bit of a pain with bags and no lift. I think this should be set out in the information about the hotel as it would be hard for some people to manage. Also at this level the ceilings were low and the wi-fi signal is very poor. The information on local restaurants etc is out of date.

Like home from home but being waited on.

It’s a place I’ve stayed before with my husband and it was a safe haven on this occasion being a solo traveller. As always a warm welcome, house full of character, good bus and train transport services. Staff really friendly and a delicious breakfast.

Great location, 10 mins walk from Bebington station, which is 15 mins from Liverpool and 30 mins from Chester, and a short walk from Port Sunlight. Really friendly host, a great vegan cooked breakfast. Great value for money.

Excellent Alternative to Expensive City Centre Hotels

Picked this hotel as we were going to the rugby league event in Liverpool. There was very little availability in the city so we decided to explore this option. I have been a regular visitor to the city over the years due to being a season ticket holder at Everton. It is a 10 minute walk to the local Mersyrail station Bebington that connects with the city in less than quarter of an hour. The hotel itself is an old building on Town Lane, and provided you don't mind older style decor it provides everything you need. Had a very spacious room facilities with kettle and tea and coffee available. Shower facilities more than adequate, an excellent breakfast, and free parking. The lady who runs the place looked after us superbly. Would definitely stay there again.

Just what I needed for a great price.

Jo was very kind and welcoming. The room was nice and warm in the evening which I very much appreciated, and the bed was comfy. It also came with a hairdryer which isn't alwalys the case so that was nice. When I came down for breakfast because I only really wanted cereal at that time, Jo offered to make me a bacon sandwich to take with me.

There was only one plug socket within reach of the night stand that I could find and it was behind the headboard so a bit awkward to get my plug into to charge my phone. Also although I loved that the room had an ensuite, I felt a little uncomfortable that it was carpeted.

Nice relaxing stay

My stay was perfect for what I needed. There was good communication on the leadup to check-in day and on the day itself with regards to mentioning whether any delays were expected. I was greeted by one of the owners who gave me all the information I needed. The room itself was fine for what I needed, with a big bath being available for use in the ensuite! They also have an absolutely lovely dog!

My stay at The Bebington was fantastic! Jo was so welcoming. As a solo traveller far from home visiting for work, Jo created an atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast was made to order and was absolutely amazing. The coffee was sooo good! I had visited intending to drive over to Liverpool for an event but discovered the parking at the station is free. It was roughly a 2-3 min drive and the train into Liverpool took 15 minutes. This was so convenient as I was able to skip toll and parking costs. Overall I'll definitely be back whenever I need to visit Liverpool again.

No negatives! But just a note to other guests - if you're staying up late, please be courteous about TV and speaking volume as sound does travel amongst these rooms. I had no issues on my first night but must've had a late check in nearby on the second. Thankfully, I travel with earplugs! Thank you for everything Jo! 🏡

Great location ample parking, lovely big old house with lots of character. Extremely comfortable bed with fresh smelling bedding had wonderful night sleep. Good sized en-suite with powerful shower. Owner was lovely and welcoming and made a fabulous breakfast for me.
