Absolutely loved this apartment and its location! It’s on the top (third) floor, note there’s no elevator, but the stairs are wide and easy to manage. The floor is divided into two sections: one side has a spacious living room and kitchen where we could relax after long days at the beach or exploring, along with a full bathroom with a tub. The other side has three good sized bedrooms, each with a super-comfortable queen bed, plus a second bathroom with a stand-up shower. Super clean, AC and free WiFi!
The property is just a block back from the main road and the bridge into Trogir Ciovo, which was perfect, we walked over every evening for dinner and during the day to the plaza. There are 2 bakeries nearby and a market. Okrug Gornji beach was our preference as we had family staying near there so about a 25-minute walk. There is another beach nearby about a 7- minute walk.
The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. On our departure day, we had some time between checkout and our flight, and the host even suggested a nearby place to store our luggage, which worked out perfectly.
So happy with this experience! I will definitely stay here again!
There was absolutely nothing I did not like about this apartment or location. It was perfect for the 5 of us that travelled together.

Located right across the bridge to old town.
Good size bathroom with great water pressure in shower.
Spacious kitchen-living room area.
Balcony and window in the living room, very bright.
Comfortable mattress.
Located right under the flight path of Split airport. If you’re a light sleeper you will need some earplugs.
Platform bed too big for small size bedroom. Hard to walk on the sides and no room for nightstands.
Sparse kitchen utensils, could use a cutting knife and some paper towels.
Lighting in the rooms are too bright, warmer light would feel more comfortable.

Goede locatie, Vriendelijk host die veel informatie gaf over inchecken. Ruime kamers.
Verouderde badkamer met heel weinig watervoorraad in de douche. Vuile airco, die eigenlijk zoveel lawaai maakt dat die onbruikbaar is.

Location and spacious with nearby parking
Insufficient air conditioning power incapable of cooling living room and bedrooms sufficiently which I suppose is same for the whole residence owners should invest in newer system as this one seems to date back from the eighties
