Wonderful stay but not in room we thought we were booking

Review by Sue and Gaz. I can't change the 'anonymous' status. Liked location, proximity to convenience stores, take aways, bars, restaurants, the sights. Easy and cheap to get Uber taxi everywhere. Beach not too far away. Host responded promptly to queries.

The photos advertising the place are misleading as they represent all the host's holiday lets and not a specific one. So we thought we were getting room with balcony, a one bedroom apartment i.e with seperate living room, a view of Trogir etc. We were disappointed, but the host moved us to a one bed apartment (without a balcony and view) at extra cost. A misunderstanding that was dealt with and a lesson learned for us. The information pack is written in German which wasn't much help to us.

Very nice and modern apartment in a great location.

The apartment was very nice, new, modern and very clean in a very good location and adorned with artwork from the host who is very talented. The apartment has a lovely modern kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine plus a nice ultra modern bathroom. Easy walk over the bridge to the old town - lots of shops and restaurants all around the marina and close to the Split airport. The host was very nice and welcoming.

The apartment did not have a proper bed but had a squeaking sofa bed which was not that comfortable. Also as we travelled through other countries including Australia, Spain and France everywhere we went coffee was supplied in the apartment for our use however here even though there was a coffee machine you had to buy coffee to be able to use it.

The property has everything what is needed for stay. The condition of the apartment and territory around the house is even better than on photos. Amy, the host, is very nice, gave me recommendations about breaches, stores. I really liked the weekend spent there.

The stairs to the second floor where the room is were difficult, at edge is 45 degrees, you need be very careful. The airplanes fly very low above the building, it can be quite loud.

False advertising — this is not a 4-star experience

To be honest we did not like much about this property.

False advertising — this is not a 4-star experience This place combines the worst of a poorly run hotel and a careless Airbnb. It looks good in photos, but the reality is far from what’s promised. We arrived to a very small studio — not at all a proper apartment — with no shower, only a bathtub. While there was hot water, it didn’t function properly: the first night we only had cold water, and the next two nights the tub wouldn’t even fill more than a quarter with hot water. When we brought this up with the host, she dismissed our concern, saying her architect claimed it was enough. That response alone says a lot. The listing also falsely advertised complimentary wine and champagne — in reality, both were for sale. The overall vibe of the place, and from the host, was cold and unpleasant. Unfortunately, this was a major disappointment. I would absolutely not return or recommend this place to anyone.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the 3rd floor apartment that was perfectly equipped and clean. The modern kitchen has everything we needed to prepare any meal. The bed and the pillows are comfortable and there are enough towels, hairdryer, washing machine and the dishwasher.. the best thing for us was the balcony that is turned towards the old town of Trogir so we had the most perfect view and we really enjoyed in it every part of the day. The apartment is suited very cute and modern with real resting vibe. Also, only few minutes of walk from the apartment there are bakeries, stores, caffe bars, restaurants and the old town of Trogir, so we found everything we needed without using a car. Mrs. Amy was the kindest and very heplful about all the questions we had related to our stay. This accomodation definetely deserves 4 stars.

The apartment was BEAUTIFUL and absolutely spotless ! containing all the facilities you’d need for a long or short stay 🤩 the hostess was so lovely and very helpful and also a very talented artist 😜 our only complaint is that we were only there for one night ☹️ could’ve stayed forever, Thankyou so much Ami ❤️ 10/10 would recommend - also the views from our balcony were breathtaking we will definitely be returning - such a wonderful value for money feel we should’ve payed more 😉

Perfekte Lage direkt an der Altstadt von Trogir.

Lage fussläufig 5 min in die Altstadt von Trogir, modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Grösszügiger Aussenbereich zur gemeinsamen Benutzung. Nette Gastgeberin immer erreichbar.

Leider keine Information im Vorfeld, dass man nicht bis zur Unterkunft hinfahren kann (sollte man bei der Anreise bedenken, im Hinblick auf Gepäck). Kostenlose Parkplätze nur vereinzelt oberhalb der Straße vorhanden (wenn man Glück hat) ansonsten kostenpflichtige am Hafen.

Et godt sted å være, vil tilbake!!

Fantastisk vertinne som var lett tilgjengelig om det var noe vi lurte på. Hun hadde meget god service. Sentralt; nært butikk, bakeri, restauranter, badeplass, flyplass og havnen. Det var en stor bakhage som vi kunne benytte til måltider og avslapping i sol eller skygge. Nyoppusset leilighet/leiligheter innerst i en rolig vei, i gammel bebyggelse. Veldig koselig!!
