Wonderful accommodation & perfect base for hiking.

Fabulous location & perfect accommodation for a family or group. Everything has been thought about to make your stay easy- we couldn’t recommend this accommodation more. As a family, we appreciated how easy it was to cook in the excellent equipped kitchen, all the space to sit, separate toilet to bathroom, easy parking & lovely balcony for a coffee. So much attention to detail by Patrick & Paul- we really appreciated all the little touches to make our stay so lovely. Mallnitz is great- so peaceful, not crowded, fabulous supermarket round the corner from apartment, plenty if eating options & a great base for hiking trails. We absolutely loved it.

Decent accommodation, perfect location (5 minutes to Ankogel cable car) Easy private parking Balcony Good sized master bedroom.

Feels much smaller than on the pictures. It's not comfy enough for 5 adults as the 2nd bedroom is really small (definitely good enough for a family) Could be better equipped. Bad lighting in a kitchen/living area.

The place was clean and peaceful, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. The owners were helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Apartment was clean and comfortable, with balcony and enough light. Central location. Bus station, shop, ski rent and pool are all short walking distance from the apartment.

An unpleasant smell right at the entrance of the apartment. Fortunatelly it wasn't persistent throughout the apartment.

Very nice house with clean and comfy apartments. Everything was working as expected. Parking, hot water, heating, ski room for drying ski shoes. You name it. All was great. Value for money.

Uitstekend en betaalbaar appartementencomplex voor de wintersport.

Bijzonder hartelijke gastheren. Twee ruime en schone tweepersoons slaapkamers in het gezellige appartement. Elke slaapkamer met eigen badkamer. Moderne open keuken in de woonkamer met eethoek. Beneden gezellige gemeenschappelijke ruimte met haard. Leuke treinentafel met alles erop en eraan. In de kelder praktische ruimte voor skispullen compleet met verwarming voor hand- en skischoenen.

Een extra set sleutels zou handig kunnen zijn.

Dit wordt gerund door 2 geweldige gastheren! Ze doen er alles aan om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Geven veel tips voor leuke uitjes en de kamer zag er prima uit!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders zu loben war das Frühstück. Wir hatten 2x großes und 1x kleines Frühstück. Brötchen, warme (!) Croissants, Aufschnitt, Käse, frisches Gemüse, Eier und vieles mehr. Alles wurde liebevoll in einem Korb vor die Wohnung gestellt. Wir waren wirklich mehr als zufrieden! Vielen Dank.

Nel complesso esperienza positiva, comodo il parcheggio, proprietari di casa gentili, letto confortevole, comoda la posizione vicino a tutto e bellissima e fresca la zona

La procedura di check-in è risultata un po’ troppo elaborata. Le attrezzature da cucina nonostante le pentole nuove erano carenti: pochi utensili, stoviglie limitate e mancanza di alcuni elementi essenziali per cucinare in modo comodo. Inoltre in cucina erano presenti tende scure, mentre in camera da letto c’erano solo tende chiare non oscuranti, il che ci ha costretti a svegliarci molto presto la mattina a causa della luce. Infine, lo scarico del bagno spesso si incastrava, causando sprechi d acqua.

Nagyon szép, tiszta apartmann, kedves házigazda, kiváló wifi. Kiránduláshoz, túrázáshoz nagyon jó helyen lévő ház. Ingyenes a parkolás. Nagyon tetszett, hogy vannak társasjátékok is.

Talán az ágy martacok már kicsit elhasználódtak.

Heerlijk verblijf in de bergen

Het appartement is in een mooi huis, dicht bij het centrum van Mallnitz en op loopafstand van de supermarkt. Het huis en appartement zijn beiden erg smaakvol en modern ingericht. Alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig. De (verstelbare) bedden waren uitstekend! Het beddengoed erg fijn. Op het smalle balkon met een tafeltje en 2 stoelen was het lekker zitten. In de tuin beneden was een afgeschermd deel voor de gasten met ligbedden en ander zitmeubilair. De gastheren waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vanuit het huis en in de omgeving zijn prachtige wandelingen te maken. De auto kon bij het huis geparkeerd worden. Er is een gratis wandelbus naar diverse wandelvertrekpunten, bijv. naar de parkeerplaats onderaan de Hagener Hutte. Handig!

Hoe het oventje werkte was onduidelijk, maar we begrepen dat er een betere oven komt.

Dejlig lejlighed med en god balkon med udsigt til bjergene. God parkeringsplads til vores bil. Byen var hyggelig og meget rolig. Værten Patrick var meget venlig og imødekommende samt snakkede godt engelsk. Vi fik hver morgen serveret skøn morgenmad i en kurv placeret foran vores dør til lejligheden. Skøn service😊Kan varmt anbefale dette sted.

Prettig verblijf

Alles netjes en verzorgd. Warm ontvangen door de nieuwe eigenaars. Het appartement ligt heel centraal in mallnitz wat toch zeker een pluspunt is met kindjes. Wat ik zeker ook een pluspunt vind is dat je geen beddengoed en handdoeken hoeft mee te nemen dat is aanwezig alsook de mogelijkheid tijdens je verbijf even te wisselen voor propere handdoeken wanneer nodig. Het is zeker een aangename plek voor je vakantie in mallnitz

Отель находится в прекрасном месте. Более красивых мест мы до этого момента не видели. Сам отель чистый и ухоженный. Нас встретили приветливые хозяева. Окна выходили на все возможные горы. Сама деревня очень красивая. Рядом есть магазин, около магазина очень вкусную пиццу из печи делают. Окрестности просто захватывают. Безумное множество водопадов! Вернемся еще. Спасибо за гостеприимство! Этот отдых запомнился нам!
