A luxurious stay in the centre of Seefeld.

Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Lovely pool.

We had no towels for the pool and sauna and were were not provided with any information on how to get these.

Long weekend in Seefeld.

Location; facilities. Seefeld is a beautiful town.

The breakfast manager; not sure what the deal was but his seating plan did not take into account we were a group of five. Day one, we were seated in the back at a table for five, day two and three we were placed in different areas up front at tables for four (with a fifth place setting added). Was weird since the table we used on day one was unoccupied. When asked about the change, he told us this table will be fine. His attitude was enough to turn the family off of this place.

Exceptional service and fantastic food

A wonderful hotel with great facilities, staff and food. Myself and my two daughters were always made to feel welcome and the staff were ready to help with any requests. The buffet breakfast was superb as was the four course evening meal every evening. The pool and spa were great too. Definitely will go back on our next trip to the Tirol.

Great property, very relaxing, great staff and wonderful food.

Love the location and the property as a whole. Once inside the public spaces feel very welcoming and we found the staff very helpful. If you don’t speak German just be prepared to be patient with the staff on reception as they will do their best for you but need to understand your request. The standard of food surpassed our expectations and if something is not quite right they will immediately rectify it. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and we had a gorgeous view from the balcony. Will definitely use again. The added benefit of a swimming pool (that is big enough to swim in) and sauna makes for a great way to end the day before dinner.

Once you use the tea/coffee in the room you have to request a replenishment and you pay for it.

Lovely family friendly hotel

The hotel was lovely, very friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed the food, (I liked the salad buffet especially), good selection for kids. Overall I felt it was excellent value for money 😊! I will come back!

Personnel at restaurant was overwhelmed Junior Suite was fitted differently from pictures in Bookings - need renovation if compared with asked price Balcony was not usable because always wet without raining, mountain view was covered from other buildings

Wonderful hotel

Wonderful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff at the reception, breakfast was amazing, the selection and variety, fresh and tasty. Room was very big, clean, bed was very comfortable, the temperature in the room could be set on a smart home panel. We travelled with Tesla, they have friendly offered us to connect our cable to charge the car overnight in their underground parking.

This is an excellent hotel just next to the train station yet sufficiently away so as no to hear any noise. The room was very roomy and the food was excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

The fact that five "indispensible tools" - I am refering to the minibar, TV, kettle and water filter/dispenser - were all dependent on one socket. The only thing I did not like - easily soled by an extention cable.

We Love VAYA

The ambiance of the hotel is beautiful and the room are clean and welcoming. The Swimming Pool are nice to have during Winter. The AC is an added benefit because sometimes it gets hot even during Winter.

The sheets are clean, but you can tell they are old from pilling (little Fuzz balls). The Bluetooth connection is outdated and uses old generation phone connection rather than New USBC. The breakfast is too limited and very standard so don't expect so much.

Perfect romantic getaway!

Absolutely loved this place! We spent there 4 nights in August and it was veey enjoyable. They have great spa with swimming pool and sauna, and a little fitness area. Breakfast was good. They also offered half board that included dinner - which was a set menu. We only had one dinner in the hotel, and enjoyed it. They also have a cosy bar that has some live music occasionally. In the hotel you can also rent bikes for an additional price (they have 2 ebikes too). Room was super cute - loved the Austrian mountain vibe in it, we also had a great side view over the mountains. Would most definitely recommend!

Generally staff was friendly, apart from one reception lady we ran into that wasn’t particularly welcoming when we enquired about the bike. But the situation was resolved by one of her colleagues who stepped in and seemed much more knowledgeable (she may have been an owner or a manager)

Photos are totally different!

The room was totally different from the photos that I saw on the page. I paid a lot for an horrible room. They should post the pictures of all the room that they have and not only the best. I had to share the balcony with the room next to mine. The price was too high for that horrible room!

Excellent and would highly recommend.

The hotel is in an excellent location just minutes from the train and Seefeld centre, yet it is peaceful and has a lovely seating area outside to enjoy a drink. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. The food was excellent and a varied menu is offered. We also enjoyed the newsletter provided on our breakfast table each morning. It detailed the weather, excursions, events and even a local recipe. We took the bus from Innsbruck airport into the city and the train to Seefeld very easily. We would highly recommend this hotel. It offers good value for money.
