Wonderful but with a slightly bitter “aftertaste“

The dinner was always delicious - chapeau to the chef! Our son at 8 loved the kids' club. We all appreciated the availability of the various indoor and outdoor facilities both for kids and adults.

The only thing that spoiled our stay at the hotel was a group of Italian elderly ladies, who used to systematically throw their hotel towels and baskets on a number of front-line sun beds around the outdoor pool without appearing until after lunchtime, approximately around 14 hrs. Until then the sun beds remained "reserved" and nobody else could use them especially families with young children, who needed to be observed while in the pool. When those ladies appeared in the afternoon they were chatting and playing radio very loud. In order to avoid this inconvenience we were forced to move our sun beds across the football lawn, next to the pine trees. What we really found genuinely irritating was that the hotel staff turned a blind eye to this behaviour to the detriment of the other guests of the hotel instead of solving the issue delicately but promptly.

disappointing experience

booked it for the family spa

old building, found hair in shower and sink when we checked in, nobody offered help with our bags and it wasn’t the easiest to get to our room with all the bags and stroller we had, no breakfast included for 400 euros ?!, sports pub closed when we wanted to use it, booked the hotel for two adults only to find out it was an 80 euro supplement for them to put a crib in our room…. stayed in many hotels with our baby and never been charged for a crib, fried chicken on green salad from the bar is very disappointing- McDonald’s nuggets on 2lbs on rocket. Asian restaurant next door is worth every penny though. again on check out nobody offered help with our bags neither did they ask how our stay was.

Great facilities, helpful kind staff and great cross country skiing

Breakfast was great buffet with healthy options - rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean (and warm!). Staff were very kind, interested and helpful. Great spa and pool (even a gym). If you are going to XC ski then this hotel is perfect for the facilities, the staff , the rooms and the breakfasts. It was convenient to have dinner I think he hotel though not the best food if you’re into fine dining - though perfectly adequate with variety

OK but too expensive for solo travellers, more geared towards families

Staff are all really friendly and helpful. The pool is great addition is summer, unsure if its open all year round. Dinner was delicious and inclusive in the price (thankfully dinner is not a buffet, rather you get to choose) and exceeded expectations.

Please fix room 514 shower attachment, Its impossible to shower unless you hold it (or it sprays on the wall) and given how expensive a single room is, this is unnaceptable. Price is too expensive for solo occupents, especially as its a single bed.

De wellness faciliteiten waren voortreffelijk. Ook de ontbijtvoorzieningen waren uitmuntend. Zeer rijk en uitgebreid buffet met producten van goede kwaliteit en een ei-chef. Schoon, ruim, een zeer gunstig geprijsd (in het laagseizoen).

Hoewel het personeel over het algemeen neutraal tot aardig was van karakter, liep er bij het ontbijtbuffet één brompot rond. Maar wat is het leven zonder een beetje contrast?

Wir hatten Halbpension und waren überrascht von der Vielfaltund guten Qualität der Gerichte. Sogar alle antialkoholischen Getränke waren inklusive und man durfte sich bereits nach Check in noch am Mittagsbuffett bedienen.

Schönes Hotel an guter Lage

Sehr schönes Hotel. Gute Lage, wenige Schritte ins Zentrum. Frühstückbuffet sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Das Antipasti- und Salatbuffet am Abend war unschlagbar! Getränke (ohne Alkohol) sind inklusiv. Auch hat es ein Kinderbuffet mit allem was ein Kind gerne hat, auch für Babys hat es eine grosse Auswahl an Babygläschennahrung. Für Familien mit Kinder sehr schöne Spielmöglichkeiten, indoor und outdoor. Grosse Zimmer. Schöne Badelandschaft. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

Vielleicht wären Badeschlappen noch etwas zum Ergänzen. Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat es leider nicht.

Superbe

C’est notre 2e séjours à l’Alpenpark car nous avions adoré. L’emplacement et les environs sont formidables (la ville et les alentours). Gros coup de cœur pour l’immense piscine extérieure, idéale quand on aime nager.

Comme lors de notre premier séjour on aurait souhaité prolonger notre séjour d’une nuit mais cette année, personnel peu arrangeant et commerçant, ne veut pas s’aligner sur le prix de Booking, nous propose de réserver via l’application et de changer de chambre.
