Comfortable beds, very nice location, very warm rooms

The room lacked some facilities like extra garbage bin, plates, cups for coffee, forks, enough toilet paper. There was also just one power plug available in the room and the toilet needs fixing. Lastly, a breakfast for the price would be desirable.

The altitude

Paid in full for four nights, four weeks ahead but were given temporary room, staff unavailable most of time, AC listed as present turned out to be large noisy electric fan in all rooms offered. No apologies. No reception. Getting back at night hotel lights all out at 10 pm. No curtain in shower.

Αριστοκρατική χριστουγεννιάτικη ατμόσφαιρα μείναμε σε μια ονειρική διαμονή!!τέλεια θέα μπροστά στο ποτάμι με μια άριστη διακοσμημένη σάλα!ευτυχώς που το επιλέξαμε τώρα γιατί ήταν όλα υπέροχα στολισμένα και προσεγμένα!τέλος δοκιμάστε τις υπέροχες γεύσεις στο καταπληκτικό εστιατόριο που βρίσκεται εντός του ξενοδοχείου!το δωμάτιο ζεστό και καθαρό με πολύ καλό στρώμα!σχεση ποιότητας και τιμής ΑΡΙΣΤΗ!!!

Ενα όνειρο που πρέπει να ζήσει κανείς μέσα στην φύση με ωραίους χώρους πολύ ζεστασιά και καταπληκτικό φαγητό !Δυστυχως είχαμε περιορισμένο χρόνο!αν και ο καιρός βροχερος το ποτάμι μαγικό και η λίμνη ψαρέματος μέσα στο Βερμιο τέλεια είναι μπροστά στο ποτάμι απέναντι από τα γήπεδα μέσα στο άλσος σε μια ονειρική τοποθεσία

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σ ένα πανέμορφο άλσος δίπλα στο ποτάμι. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και καθαρό και πολύ ζεστό. Το προσωπικό φιλόξενο. Προσφέρεται για χαλάρωση

Το ξενοδοχείο δεν προφέρει πρωινό ούτε καν τα υλικά για να παρασκευάσεις ένα καφέ ή ή τσάι στο δωμάτιο όπως συχνά διαθέτουν τα καταλύματα που δεν παρέχουν πρωινό. Αυτό είναι ένα θέμα καθώς το κατάστημα που προσέφερε πρωινό στην περιοχή άνοιγε μετά τις 10:00 πμ. Πρωινό βρήκαμε στην Νάουσα 3 χλμ από το κατάλυμα.

Υπέροχη θέα!!Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ όμορφο, καθαρό και με τέλεια ατμόσφαιρα, αλλά αυτό που ξεχώρισε περισσότερο ήταν το προσωπικό. Όλοι ήταν πολύ φιλικοί, χαμογελαστοί και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Ιδιαίτερα θέλουμε να ευχαριστήσουμε τον κυριο Τασο που ήταν εξαιρετικός ! Μας βοήθησε σε κάθε τι με ευγένεια και πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον. Γενικά, όλα ήταν άψογα και σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε! Κρίμα που για άλλη μια φορά υπάρχουν κάποια σχόλια που στοχοποιουνε μερη και εργαζόμενους σε μια επιχείρηση. Ευτυχώς στην Αμερική που έχω ζήσει δεν υπάρχουν τέτοιες συμπεριφορές.

Ωραίο κατάλυμα σε αρμονία με την φύση

Ευγενική καθοδήγηση κατά την άφιξη που ήταν πολύ αργά με διάθεση βοήθειας. Απόλυτη καθαριότητα και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο. Τοποθεσία ονειρεμένη σε επαφή με την φύση.

Ανάγκη για φρεσκάρισμα διακόσμησης και συντήρηση/ ανακαίνηση. Θα ήταν χρήσιμη η δυνατότητα πρωινού (μηχανή καφέ ή κάτι παρόμοιο) καθώς η τοποθεσία είναι εντελώς απομονωμένη και τα γύρω καταστήματα εξυπηρετούν από τις 10.00 π.μ. και μετά.

Ξεκούραση μέσα στη φύση

Εκπληκτική τοποθεσία, αν σας αρέσει η φύση. Δίπλα σε ένα πάρκο που το διατρέχει ποτάμι, με οργανωμένα σημεία ξεκούρασης, περιπάτου ή παιχνιδιών στη φύση. Ο απόλυτος προορισμός ξεκούρασης και ηρεμίας.

Δεν υπήρχε προσωπικό, για καμιά πιθανή ανάγκη. Από μια απλή ερώτηση έως οτιδήποτε χρειαστείς δεν υπήρχε κανείς ούτε το πρωί πριν ξεκινήσουμε τις περιηγήσεις μας, ούτε το απόγευμα που επιστρέφαμε. Κρίμα, σε ένα τόσο όμορφο φυσικό περιβάλλον που δεν προσφέρουν τη δυνατότητα πρωινού ή/και δείπνου. Θα ήθελα ο χώρος να έχει περιμετρικά φωτισμό, ιδιαίτερα προς τη μεριά του ποταμού. Θα ήταν όμορφο αλλά και θα δημιουργούσε μια αίσθηση ασφάλειας.

Ευτυχώς μείναμε μόνο ένα βράδυ.

Η τοποθεσία και το μπαλκόνι. Η θερμοκρασία και το ζεστό νερό.

Τα στρώματα θέλουν οπωσδήποτε αλλαγή. Οι σούστες νιώθεις να σε τρυπάνε. Στο μπάνιο δεν είχε ούτε ένα κρεμασταρι για τις πετσέτες. Ηταν όλα βγαλμένα και Δεν ξέραμε που να ακουμπήσουμε τις πετσέτες. Οι κουβέρτες ήταν στρωμένες στο κρεβάτι χωρίς κατωσέντονο. Το οποίο έπρεπε να στρώσουμε εμείς. Το δωμάτιο δεν αξίζει σίγουρα 125€ που δώσαμε
