Great Hotel in Bassano
Nice Hotel with friendly staff and good restaurant
Private Spa, this makes no sense. When I want to goto the spa, I want to be there for at least 2-3 hours. Why make it private, it is big enough !

Warm welcome and nice location
No hot water in the morning and we had two cold showers. Left before breakfast started at 7am but could not even get a cup of coffee in the room or in the hotel.
