Good sized rooms and bathroom. Free Parking. Staff very helpful. Kettle in room. Great towels. Breakfast was ok.

The location was great. Also the staff was extremely friendly. The room was quite large.
Unfortunately there were barely any vegan breakfast options at the buffet (not even any plant based milk). I suppose this is a general issue in the ibis chain.

The breakfast was good. Six loose leaf teas; no teabags. Fresh bread, cheese, cold meat. Location is also good.
Firstly, the reception assistant. I had intended to collect money from the Western Union facility in town, however they had run out of money. There was only one collection point in the town. The hotel tax was EUR 1.55 My credit card hadn't been activated yet. The hotel tax was EUR 1.55. I had cash in Swiss francs(*) an UK sterling.
(*) The town lies on a railway line where Swiss francs are accepted in the bistro.
The body language of the reception assistant was such that she seemed to revel in my predicament. I walked out of the hotel for the sake of EUR 1.55.
It took some time for me to activate my credit card via calls to the UK. I withdrew cash and returned to the hotel.
The lift was uncarpeted.
The room had a musty smell.
