On an attractive square with plenty of parking, undercover parking if you ore-book and pay extra. Attractive entrance area and breakfast room. Room was big, and bathroom had over bath shower and was also large. Aircon (although didn't need it) and BBC World! Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine and similar to what provided in many French hotels.
Since roadworks/pedestrianisation in the area the address of the hotel doesn't to you to the square, the satnav telling you you have arrived at no. 19, when in fact you are at a back entrance that looks nothing like the photos. Trick is to drive down Rue du 4 Setembre until near the end. Opposite a PC shop, Acta Micro, there is a little turning (Cr de Verdun) with a blue sign saying Place Bernard. This is now the only way into the square, and easily missed. If you get to the lights at the huge Place du Marche car park you've gone too far and will need to follow the one way system round again as we found out, TWICE!
