    This hotel is just around the corner from one I stayed at before and wasn't too happy about. This one however ticks all the boxes. Nice size room (521) with decent furnishings, clean bedding and has a window, but not much to see out of it. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. The location though is what won it for me. Right in the heart of the Craft Beer area, with Pasteur Street 50m away, and East West about 100m, and the market on the doorstep. I'll definitely return here for my next Saigon trip :)

    We booked a deluxe balcony room for two nights. They gave us a room in the back of the building with a very small window. We went downstairs and asked to be moved to the room that we originally booked. They moved us to room with a very small balcony with a view of the back of another room and their kitchen. We checked out the next day and forfeited the second night, which had been paid. The worst part was the receptionist. She acted like we were a bother. Don't waste your money. You will be much happier someplace else.

    Location was great for exploring the city, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. And an awesome breakfast buffet. Building is older and rustic with charm and flaws but overall had a great stay.
