    Good value for money. Room is simple and a bit old but clean and cozy. Easy to walk to walking street. The restuarant at hotel is very tasty.

    Low quality facility of resort maintaining but clean room in main building. Swimming pool is dirty every day by flowers from the trees. But its cleaned every day in the morning. We had nice time. Once premium resort but now because of lack of maintainance in bad shape. Overall stuff is friendly and helpfull. Clean and they are trying to keep it clean. But overall its overpriced.

    I had high hopes for this resort but unfortunately I would not recommend it. The message from the resort told us a driver would be waiting when our ferry arrived, but this was not the case, we had to call and ask to be collected. We were greeted by a very unfriendly woman at reception, I didn't feel welcome at all. The room was fine, but the air conditioner did not work well. The pillows were thin, so I went to reception to ask for two more and the woman told me "two is too many, you can only have one". I then realised my bath towel had a huge brown stain on it, and took it to reception to be replaced only to be told "no, you use it and tomorrow you get a new towel". Even after insisting, she would not give me a new towel. The next day room service replaced the towel, but it was the same problem - only a smaller stain. I will say I liked the location, the beach is beautiful and quiet. You are still close enough to walk to good food. The pool is nice but the chairs have mouldy cushions on them. This resort was the most expensive of all of the accommodation I have booked in Thailand and by far the most disappointing.
