Location, cleanliness, staff was friendly
Two upper floor rooms have a floor that is tilted. This can be explained due to the fact the house ise very old but was not mentioned anywhere. The hallways and stairs are also very very narrow.
For the included breakfast, you need to go to a nearby bakery. It is close but it would be more convenient if breakfast was served at the house.

Wir hatten zwei super Nächte im Landgraf. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und ruhig. Die Lage ist klasse, Restaurants, Wochenmarkt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Parkplätze waren immer ausreichend vorhanden. Der Kontakt zur Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Location is really good, nearby center and also SAP headquarter on walking distance.
Also clean and good bed. Everything pretty basic.
Breakfast at backer included and really good and nice.
It was really hot due to heat wave 32 degrees Celsius on the room. No cooling option like ventilator. No airconditioning. I could only open windows. However at 5am morning on Wednesday the garbage service makes loud noise and at 7 loud bells from the church. Short nights.
Additionally it was not really clear that checking is near to the bakery and needed. Payment is not through booking.com
