Hotel Ilianna

Vaso, the hotel landlady, is probably one of the kindest person in the world, or at the very least she is a super kind and attentionate hotel manager! She made sure we had vegan options for breakfast and spent time preparing the dishes on her own, we had one of the best rooms available, it was super clean, cosy as you could ever hope, with a hearty wood tone, blooming flowers out front — our best experience with hotels so far. The hotel itself is in an extremely quiet place, the road there is bumpy as hell but practicable once you've seen it, and it dominates the bay of Volos, enough to give you wonderful views at all times. From there, you can easily access the village by foot (in 5 minutes or so) and have a few options at hand for restaurants. You can also drive to Makrynitsa and have lunch, coffee or diner while gazing at the Pelion and the bay, and the location is ideal to explore all the presqu'île. Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία, γλυκύτατος και χαμογελαστοί οικοδεσπότες. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο. Το πρωινό πολύ καλό, άνετα στρώματα και ζεστασιά συνεχώς. Αν επισκεφτώ ξανά την Πορταρια, αυτό θα επέλεγα. Ευχαριστούμε θερμά την Βάσω και την μητέρα της.

Η θέση του "Hotel Iliana" είναι ο ορισμός του "Κέντρο-Απόκεντρο". Τόσο κοντά στην Κεντρική Πλατεία της Πορταριάς και στην κατάλληλη απόσταση για να ωφελείται κάποιος των ψιθύρων της φύσης και της απόλαυσης πολύτιμων στιγμών παρέα με την θέα στον Παγασητικό! Σημαντική η παροχή υπηρεσίας parking δεδομένης της ορεινής μορφολογίας του προορισμού. Η ποιότητα υπηρεσιών, η φιλικότητα των ιδιοκτητών, η όλη εμπειρία σε κάθε στάδιο είναι έννοιες με αντίκρισμα και λόγος να επιστρέψουμε ξανά στο μέλλον! :-)

We had such a great experience at this hotel. The hosts were super friendly and made us feel really welcome. Everything was very clean, and you could tell they really care about the details. Breakfast was a highlight – fresh, tasty, and ready for us every morning, which made starting the day so easy and enjoyable. The location was perfect, with an amazing view that we never got tired of. Honestly, it was one of those places you don’t want to leave. Highly recommend!
